Teas are much more expensive in the shop than on the website. Why? I feel discriminated against for walking there rather than having it packed and posted with all the environmental damage that does.

Sad experience. When asked for an earl grey tea, the lady says she does not understand .... pointing to the box with earl grey on it, the lady says she no longer has it and when asked if she had a similar tea blend, the answer was no. Weird and bizarre sales behavior.

I am now converted to Wilkinson's as my supplier of fresh coffee beans.An absolutely wonderful experience shopping at Lobster Lane branch!!
An absolute gem! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and go out of their way to be helpful, including grinding coffee to the right size depending on how you make it. Great selection of loose teas and coffee beans as well. It is always a great experience shopping here.

Great place to buy tea and coffee. Lovely aroma when you walk in.Recently started buying online and agree with some of the other reviews that the website is a bit dated and could be easier to use. Tea's arrived quickly and well packaged.

As an online customer (only) they have an excellent range of teas at competitive prices. Alas, using their website is like going back 15 years. Whilst the purveying of teas and coffees may be 'quaint' there's no reason for the website to echo this antiquarian quaintness.
