Great and friendly customer service, the food portion was absolutely huge compared to the price, we did not expect that at all. The whole place feels like we were in the 80's. Nice place overall, we might return. :)

Both times I have been to Zak's in a large group they have offered great service and really looked after everyone at the table. Servers are always friendly and super helpful. This is not to say that good service depends on the size of the group, I've never had a bad experience here and look forward to dining here again soon.

I haven't been to zaks in probably over 20 years but I'm glad to say I did. I went with my daughter and her boyfriend who both haven't been before and it was brilliant. Served by a lovely young lady named Lara ( but found out it was her last day), she had a wonderful smile from start to finish, polite and attentive. The food was great and huge portions. Will be returning.

I forgot how big the portions are, you will definitely not leave hungry!! Really enjoyable meal friendly genuine service which is great! Only criticism is they asked how we wanted our burgers, all medium they came and were well done!

Supposed to go to a party booking and rang to discuss foods available for a gluten free vegetarian meal ( cross contamination due to fryers isn’t an issue due to intolerance and not coeliac) however all veg burgers are covered in breadcrumbs leaving the choice of halloumi scewer and nachos ! Please Zaks, step into the 21st century and provide alternatives to suit all. It’s not difficult. We eat out lots and you are way behind the times. What’s so difficult in having bean burgers not covered in breadcrumbs! and a gluten free bun that ate always long lasting. Really disappointed. Not even a veg fajita anymore .

I love Zaks food and Waterside has long been my favourite Zaks to go to. Service is hit and miss, sometimes amazing, sometimes lacklustre. I am never disappointed by the burgers here though.Edit: Went again tonight and the service was superb. Amazing food as always.

Chicken wings in 'man up' sauce are fantastic with a proper kick. Have just 4 if having them as a starter as they are huge. Personally I am having 8 as a main meal next time as they are the best thing on the menu.

Couldn’t recommend higher! As quite the burger connoisseur that I am I’m always on the lookout for a new burger place to call home! We go to Norwich a few times a year without the kids and this will definitely be our go to place from now on. Food is 11/10. The staff are more than friendly and the canal view is just fantastic ! P. S. I highly recommend the godfather burger!
