Phil, the chef is, also happy to take time to explain the dishes to you mVegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options. The Himichali chana madra was really tasty. Bought 6 portions for feeding veggie friends, put it all in a pan & heated it up that way. Delicious ?

What a hidden gem. The tastiest most authentic food I have enjoyed outside of India, consistently good. We are so lucky to have Chaatman in Norfolk.
It isn't difficult to see why the popularity of Chaat Man is snowballing. This is authentic Indian cuisine cooked exactly to the original recipes, not "curries made for the average Brit". An impromptu stop by on a Saturday afternoon for a quick taster led to me wanting to clear them out of their entire stock, but many of their other customers had had a similar idea already, with plenty of orders waiting to be collected. I can only recommend the Beef Vindaloo (medium, not hot), Chicken Madras and Chicken Korma, as that's all I've tried so far. Be quick to get your orders in for the Honey Murgh Makhani though. I've heard it's so good it's addictive, and last week's batch sold out in record time. But you'll have to join the queue behind me!
