“We came to visit the half moon inn for my birthday getaway, we received great customer service from the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Libby & Nicole and shown to our room ( 10 )The room was cute and had everything we needed for a cosy stay.We had dinner later in the conservatory and I must say the meals were amazing, my partner had the mixed grill and I had the steak and Stilton pie.Now when I tell you the portions were huge, I really mean it!Don’t expect to leave hungry, I was put straight into a food coma!I really really recommend coming here for a visit, whether it be to stay the night or just for dinner.Try the pie, it won’t disappoint!!The chefs know their way around the kitchen, yum!Breakfast was just as lovely, cooked fresh and quickly served up by Aimee & Jenny.We will definitely visit here again :)I also just want to thank the owner who gave myself and my partner a complimentary drink as it was my birthday.Guys you’re smashing it!I only ask you upgrade your teabags to Yorkshire haha.P.s My only reason for giving the room a 4 out of 5 stars is our bathroom radiator didn’t work, so it was rather chilly.The bedroom was perfect tho!”
