What a lovely friendly bakery, everything is priced reasonably and lots of choice.The cream scone was gorgeous, the size of my hand. And a bargain at £2 buy 1 get 1 free. The lady very kindly put in a box so they looked great when I got home.Various different breads, filled rolls, sausage rolls, cheese scones, pastries and cakes which all looked nice. Will certainly be back :)

Oh No. I am a regular purchaser of Eccles cakes from Craft Bakery for over 5 years. But now since the owner has retired and someone else has taken over, the recipe looks like it has changed. Although the outside looks the same, the cakes I bought this week, rather than being a lovely moist texture with black filling and individual raisins that we're used to from this shop, the inside is now a flat brown tasteless 'patty'. The Eccles cakes they sold here until this week were the best item in the shop, but the one I purchased this week was pretty awful. I really hope today's purchase was a one off and they go back to the original recipe. In a previous review by another customer the owners son proudly comments about the long time family recipe. Let's hope they haven't abandoned quality and tradition for profit.

Bought 4 iced fingers/sticky willies at about 2.30 they must have been in the window all day as they were dry/stale on one side didn't realise till we were back in Cromer. Shame as the stock all looked good.

We needed some fresh quality bread to eat with our fresh crab & lobster, we found craft bakery, stunning flavoursome proper bread. Then, would you believe it they were stocked up with the best fresh creams cakes I have ever had in my life! All 53 years, thoroughly recommend the fresh cream ice finger, all the chain supermarkets should go back to the drawing board & learn from the “Craft Bakers”, well done to you all?
