Excellent meal on Tuesday evening. The waiting staff (Lyndsey and Kayleigh) were so attentive and professional and the meal was delicious. Beautifully presented and very tasty. Our first time there and we will certainly be back.

We visited as a family and had a huge issue which I’m not going into now. I’m only reviewing to say how excellent the restaurant manager, Tony, was. He could not have been better. The waiting staff were really good too, but Tony went above and beyond

They try hard here, and we holiday @ KH twice per year. We love the place, and always keep the last night as our "eating out" night. We had the smoked mackeral + couscous salad + grilled fish and chips peas etc (gluten free). The place is a little "tired" now, but the food was ok. There are limited options if you like variety, but lets be honest, this is a family place not TDH.... :-) Please add morte "non chip" options and more grilled options perhaps ? Thanks

Absolutely fabulous Sunday roast. Great portions (adults and children) with huge fresh yorkshires, proper roasties, fresh perfectly cooked veg and meat. Great service. Really pleased.

Very obstructive staff 'have you booked?' Lots of shuffling of paperwork, finally got an immediate table. During our time at table hardly anyone came in, lots if empty tables! Seems staff are only employed for bookings to minimise hours/ pay. We remember this being very accomodating and friendly. No more sadly.

To be honest, I’d set an expectation so I wouldn’t be disappointed, and not surprisingly I was right. To summarise, Staff were very friendly and helpful. That was a plus. Menu, limited and basic, with in my view limited choice. Food was average at best and definitely overpriced for quality, but I guess that’s because they have a captive audience. With the potential of that “captive audience”, they could really up their game in terms of choice and quality. I appreciate we all have differing views in what’s good, but for me it’s not a place I’d be enthusiastic about returning to - shame…

Was staying on the site for a week and gave this place a visit on 20th June 2023. The menu wasnt that good for us but we did find something each that we liked. I had cod and chips but found the batter too crispy, the wife enjoyed her Hunters chicken . The day before we had dinner at the Ship Inn which was a lot better than this place. Service was ok, but didnt like to hear the waitress moaning about the tip amount that had been left on the next table. We only visited once going elsewhere other days

We have been visiting selling heath for over 12 years, the lodges are spotlessly clean, comfy, have everything you need! A lovely way to unwind in the peace and quiet! The staff are very friendly and helpful, the shop stocks basic needs, the fitness club is excellent! Plenty of lovely walks in and around the camp!

I was expecting good things coming to Kelling Heath, a few people had told me what a great site it was but after our stay we were left feeling it was just about average. The wash, toilet and washing up facilities are nice, clean and plenty of them so your not waiting long and the park/rec was good for the children but the rest was a bit....sparse. the pubs menu is limited and expensive for what it was. We felt it's not fitting with a campsite. They did have outside vendors and the children had a lovely crapé each, theres an outside seating area but with nothing going on. No entertainment all weekend for adults. We were surprised as it was the Easter holidays. The onsite shop has most things you'll need yet at a slight premium but that's always expected. We had our dog, she wasn't allowed off lead on the site but there is walks behind the red squirrel area she could go but nowhere for ball playing or a real good run. We would visit again if they had offers on. Personally, I think it's overpriced for what it is. We have been to cheaper and better.

This is a dog friendly restaurant and during our 4 day stay we had two meals, in the Forge, both meals were very tasty and extremely good. I must say this made our stay at Kelling Heath very enjoyable and certainly will encourage us to come back.

Absolutely beautiful campsite our caravan was absolutely amazing and a brilliant price we did go out of season. Very relaxing and peaceful!!! Cant wait to book again its amazing!!!! I do have one thing i think could be better and thats the pub menu i feel like it was very up market and i feel they would benefit from a more pub grub menu with maybe a few deals in off peak times.

We booked a new platinum lodge, it was large and very clean, however it smelt so bad of previous visitors cooking, it had obviously got into all the fabrics and really put me off, as I couldn’t stand the smell. It’s a nice place if you like walking around woods or visiting the surrounding areas like cromer but 2 days was plenty for us as we got bored and I couldn’t throughly relax in a smelly lodge.
