Excellent chips!

Definitely the best chips we’ve ever had from a chippie…ever!

We came here because we’d heard they did gluten free fish and I am Coeliac. We were slightly disappointed that it meant no batter but it’s ok because the chips more than made up for it. I had plain chips and my wife had cheesy chips - honestly heavenly!

We had wanted a table but had to get take out because they were closing soon. This was odd to us - where we’re from the chippies are open until late but this time they were closing at 7pm. Must be the way trade words in Sheringham but it meant we had to cast aside thoughts of returning on other evenings.

Great service from friendly staff. Well recommended.

Food is great. Proper Fish & Chips in beef dripping. Service can leave a bit to be desired unfortunately, but it is yet to put me off repeat visits!

Great customer service and well run restaurant and takeaway. Lovely fish and chips, which weren't greasy. We'll be back ?.

A decent, well run, traditional fish and chip shop. Good fish and chips with a mug of tea.

Popped in here, late on a Sunday, just before closing. The staff were welcoming and the fish was amazing. Just the lightest batter. And freshly cooked whilst we waited.
The decor could do with an upgrade, but all is forgiven because of the quality of food.

lovely fish and chips cooked up fresh when we ordered. Worth the wait!

Food was very very good so good i felt like doing a review and the atmosphere was not bad. service was good but I don't think they no much about banter or how to crack a smile. I would defo recommend this for a chip ship by the sea side

Food only ok, a bit more expensive than the other fish & chip shops on the same street (plus no prices shown on the menu outside!) had a slightly unpleasant stale odour in the restaurant and lots of unfriendly signs outside and inside ordering people not to use their facilities (even on a little street bench outside). Ambience not great. Ok, but won't visit again and not recommended overall.

On our first and recent visit to eat in, the staff were very friendly and hospitable. The food was nice and reasonably priced.
