Good garden with a very nice cafe. Quite often, go to the garden centre and stop in the cafe for lunch or a cream tea and have not yet been disappointed with the food. However, it is a bit on the pricey side, and when busy service can be a bit slow but that can be expected. The cafe is nicely laid out with a small outside seating area and has free WiFi.Today, our server was Cassandra, a very nice young lady, very friendly on arrival, as were the other staff and excellent service.

Popped in for a look around the garden centre and stopped in Magnolias restaurant for a Cream Tea. Excellent service provided by Cassandra and the rest of the staff.

I got very lucky with my timings as it was gloriously sunny as I stopped for an early lunch. Magnolias Restaurant was already getting busy so I headed outside to bask in the sun.The food was a good standard and the staff were very friendly

Popped in for a late lunch today, lovely staff very friendly! We both had coronation chicken panini with chips, one of the best I’ve had! Will definitely go back again soon! Was a bit pricey but then again everyone’s prices have gone up recently.

Used to enjoying going there but it's gone downhill. The sandwiches used to be lovely with salad and some crisps. Now the price has gone up but the crisps disappeared. The staff take up the best seats (comfy/in the sun) at busy times and loudly swear and moan about work. And one member of staff demands your tray the moment you take your last sip

Coffee way overpriced, now £3.50 for a small latte, Costa £3.20 for the same! Also, witnessed staff eating food wearing her blue serving glove, who then rushed to help out ppl serving, by getting cake out, in the same glove! Also using her mobile phone, with same glove.Staff are lovely and friendly but prices and hygiene let it down now. Such a shame

Tomato and pepper soup in minuscule bowl with a grotty brown roll, not mixed properly streaks of white through it. Pappy and horrible, can taste the cold where it’s been frozen.. £6.00 !!!! Total rip off !! The bowl has a thick base making it look bigger. Soup had a strange twang to it.Walking away very hungry!!So much for my treat to myself. Never again. I hate being conned

Cafe was unclean. Service really poor, no atmosphere, no welcome. Simple black coffee was weak and at £3 a cup a complete rip off. This place has such potential but seems to be lost, unambitious and scruffy. Real shame, missed opportunity to be brilliant instead of (charitably) mediocre.

Rip-off Britain thriving here. Coffee £3.50 Bacon Rolls £6.00 Loyalty Scheme discontinued. Not top-quality either. Sorry, you’ve lost our custom with these prices!

This is the second time we have been here and it’s ok. Not good or bad.

We have been going to TGC for years, and often stopped at Magnolias. Only out of convenience, not preference. It has seldom been an uplifting experiance. It appears to be run by a large number of mature ladies who are probably excellent cooks and nutritionists in their own homes, and think it works in a mass catering establishment. The layout, the system, the customer awareness, just about everything about this place is amateurish and chaotic. On our last visit a week ago, we sat waiting for 20 minutes for our main meal, which gave us plenty of time to notice a considerable number of 'finished' plates being collected, with uneaten food left on them. We also noticed that hot, uncovered meals were being carried to the tables by the longest possible route.I went to the counter to enquire about our meals, producing our receipt, and after a few minutes was told our order did not exist, it had got lost between the counter and the kitchen, at which point we gave up and asked for our money back, and left.

Great location in this expanding part of north Norwich. However I would suggest they poll visitors re opening time. This area is expanding and getting busier and an opening time of 9.30 is I feel not early enough. My breakfast was good, served quickly and was very reasonably priced at just over £7. Not too much either. Staff were all friendly and helpful. I would go again.Parking: Lots of available spaces at 9.30
