Lovely quiet cafe. Very aesthetically pleasing. Greenery everywhere, nice environment. Also had a third party join the table! ?

Food looked good, but we only had coffee and really enjoyed it.

Great cup of coffee very friendly staff and a pleasure to in or out surrounded by lovely plants. Food looks good too.The garden centre around has so much more than it used too. The improvements that have been made are good. Staff here are full of information to help you get the right plants. Thanks ? looking forward to returning.

Good for cakes and coffee. Unfortunately not much selection available during our visit. Lovely surroundings and the garden centre is great.

Visited today with my 2 young children and a friend. Hot drinks and cakes were really nice and reasonably priced. My boys loved the fish pond and exploring all the paths and exotic plants. We spoke to a lady a few times who was really knowledgeable and helpful. All plants looked really healthy. My advise to people with small children is that the gravel is very deep in places and some of the paths are narrow so not really that accessible, I will definitely be back but with baby in carrier.

First time visiting Urban Jungle. Wow, my new favourite garden centre. Such an array of unusual plants. All in tip top condition. Friendly staff too. The coffee shop is set in such a way you feel you have escaped to somewhere exotic. The coffee was best I've had for very long time. Definitely come again.

Went with family members thinking we would be able to get lunch. I asked the lady behind the counter if she served sandwiches etc, abruptly she replied this is what we have pointing to the counter. I purchased 2 sausages rolls and a cheese scone, extremely expensive for second class food, soggy scone and stodgy sausage rolls. Sorry but we wouldn’t return or recommend.

The Urban Jungle gave my friends and me the perfect afternoon. The glorious plants are beautifully grouped enhancing textures and colours The cafe staff are so friendly and accommodating. We plan to go again soon.

BUYERS AND DOG OWNERS BEWARE. My son bought a small unlabelled TOXIC house plant from Urban Jungle Norwich with his pocket money, which my dog then ended up ingesting after accidentally knocking the plant off the table. Fast forward a long and horrendously traumatic eight days of veterinary hospital care, near-death, a £2.5K vet bill and facing a month of recovery, I can honestly say I have never regretted popping in our local garden centre to buy a simple houseplant as much as this. Garden centres who sell TOXIC houseplants should ALWAYS label them as such. If the bigger garden centres and supermarkets do, so can you, Urban Jungle, especially given you have created bespoke labels for all your plants. No excuses. The next time, it could be a child who nearly dies from either contact or ingesting a purchased plant without toxic warning or in your cafe, surrounded by such plants.
