The food was very nice the fish was tasty and the chips were fresh never asked if i wanted any salt and vinegar which is odd. its the 2nd time weve used it and both times we have found the owner , blunt to the point being rude ,shame as the foods good and reasonably priced .wont be going

Poorly cooked fish, batter soggy on inside and fish full of grease as it was cooked at too high a temperature,. Lower temp for a longer cook required.It is easy to cook well if one can be bothered.

One of the better chip shops in our area, but be warned, they don't take card payment, you have to go to the shop nxt door, buy something then get cash backUpdate, card payment now excepted

Excellent fish and chips, the best we've had in a long time. Everything was freshly prepared and cooked to perfection - their batter is spot on, perfectly light and bubbly. Shop was spotlessly clean and the chap who was serving was polite and cheerful. We will definitely be back.Parking: Small car park with several parking bays in front of the shop. Also roadside parking alongside shop.

Turned up as a last minute decision. Food cooked to order and was bloody lovely! Large cod double sausage and a chicken fillet burger. 10/10 guys and to make the experience even better pop next door for a takeaway draft pint while they cook your food fresh..... #gamechanger ?

Excellent fish and chips. Chips are perfect and the portions are generous. Fish, sausages, chicken nuggets, while family happy with the food. They keep the place looking really clean which is great.
