Can only give 1 star and id give 0 if i could.we have had takeaway from here many times with no issues.was waiting beyond time so checked and found order cancelled!!! Now i get if short staffed and no driver BUT not even to let me know is discustingSadly this has tanted me now and will no longer order from there

ITS NOT POSSIBLE TO GIVE NO STARS - anyone who puts up with this 'attempt' at Chinese food needs firing - paid 21 quid for ¼ crispy aromatic duck and beef chop suey and eggfried rice.The' crispy duck ' was anything but - not crispy, not shredded, greasy fatty, poorly done , cucumber had been chope into bricks not sticks, the spring onion wasnt chopped but the THE ABSOLUTE KICKER IN TERMS OF CRAP QUALITY is the Chop Suey! Chop Suey is a 'savoury' peasants dish that ANYONE WHO KNOWS HOW TO COOK CHINESE FOOD CAN DO - if your takeaway gets it wrong they're not chinese!The Cho Suey had NO BAMBOOSHOOTS, NO WATERCHESTNUTS MUSHROOMS OR ANYTHING - IT WAS LIKE TOMATO SAUCE WITH BEANSPROUTS AND BEEFANSOLUTELY DISGUSTINGAVOIDEDIT THE PRAWN CRAVKERS WERE SGIT TOO! IF A CHINESE TAKEAWAY CANT GET THAT RIGHT THEY HAVE NO BUSINESS BEING OPEN

Ordered from here via just eat it took over 3 hours to receive our order called the shop to find out what was going on and was told it would be here in 30 minutes but it wasn’t! The food was cold, the chicken balls were mostly dough and not chicken and very soft like it wasn’t cooked through, the lemon chicken was way too lemony it was like eating a lemon couldn’t eat it and couldn’t take chicken at all! Duck wasn’t crispy at all and was mushy with a large bone in it taking up a lot of space so wasn’t actually getting a lot of duck! Generally a disappointing meal leaving us still hungry as couldn’t eat the food because it just tasted horrible will not use again!!!!!

I made a mistake of ignoring the reviews. Food never arrived, rang up 2 hours after ordering and they said we'd cancelled. We asked how etc, she couldn't tell us and was very rude stating that we'd ordered via just eat (which we hadn't). Promised to re send out the food and then didn't. We then got an email stating they'd cancelled and we received a refund to our wallet, but within 15 minutes they placed another order in our name for the same price and took the money again! Hopefully will find out by tomorrow if the website will refund us again, if not my bank are investigating.

Ordered food and two hours later it still had not arrived, called them up and they said they had already delivered. Delivery instructions stated to arrive at the location given and call me as we were staying in a cabin with no address but they didn’t call and delivered to wrong place. They refused to refund but said they could resend the order which they did but they still tried to deliver at wrong address again and not read delivery instructions and didn’t call again. Finally we got the food 4 hours later but the noodles had no soy sauce and were extremely salty, we was given meat spring rolls when we had ordered vegetarian, chips were soggy, everything was awful. Won’t recommend

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!Do not order from these scammers. We ordered £70 worth of Chinese for them to only send about £50 worth an hour and a half later. When we called they basically called us liars and said they wouldn't do anything about the missing items. The time before they'd missed a couple of dishes also. Worst Chinese in the area and won't be using them again

Chicken was raw? gave me and my 1 year old food poisoning. Also staff was very rude.
Ordered chips and a curry sauce. Chips themselves tasted good but overpriced and a small portion for £3.However curry sauce was very watery and tasted nasty and went straight in the bin.Will not be ordering from this Chinese again.

If I could give this restaurant no stars I would.Order was supposed to be at ours at 7:30. We rang to see where it was , they blamed traffic and hung up. 9 o clock came and the order still isn't here. Rang again, they blamed traffic and again hung up. Half past 9 the driver turns up and apparently he'd been told our order was for half past 9 . He said we were the 4th people it had happened to that night .Restaurant was rude , they lied to us , and refused to give us any refund. Just eat refunded us under half the amount we spent. The food was cold and 2 hours late. The staff were dishonest and rude. Do not order from this place .

Hate leaving bad reviews but don’t buy from here, I ordered on uber eats , food came late, the food itself was the worst Chinese I’ve ever had, soggy chips, stale gone off prawn crackers with a mouldy cheese taste, the blandest spring roll and the chop suey was extremely vinegary, on a positive note curry sauce was great. Also over priced.
