“The staff in Costa Bedale are so polite & you don't feel as rushed as you do in other Costa's I've been to. Last time we were in there the fire alarm went off (we were told not to worry, there's no fire), it was an issue that when the door opened it seemed to set it off. We found it quite funny & had a laugh with the staff about it afterwards. The manager there at the time came over & had a chat with us to explain. Again I couldn't praise the staff enough!”
