Fabulous pub for food with great attentive service. Great menu to choose from as well as specials on the board by the bar area. No complaints from the starters to the puds. All our party were completely satisfied with what we were served. All cooked to perfection. Nothing like great food in a proper, warm pub.

We had Christmas dinner at the Milbank last night. It was excellent!!! We would thoroughly recommend going!! The staff are always attentive to you, check everything is ok for you and are always polite. We usually go every week for a meal as it is honestly one of the best places to go for good wholesome meals. Can't recommend it enough. Thank you Dean and Jodie and al the staff.

We went to The Milbank Arms for dinner on a Wednesday in November. There was a welcome fire and an equally warm welcome as we entered the pub. The menu is broad so a good choice of starters and main course (we didn't have room for a dessert!). Lots of specials on the board. We really enjoyed our meal and have booked to take friends in December. There is ample parking behind the pub.

We were staying nearby and (luckily) couldn't get in to the local so searched around for a decent pub to go with the family. The positive reviews persuaded us to give this ago and we weren't disappointed. Friendly and attentive staff who were very accommodating and nothing seemed to be a problem. The food was top notch and plentiful. Kids portion was really good value too. Would highly recommend and if we're ever back in the area we wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Great traditional pub with excellent food and service. Staff couldnt have been more helpful especially as i need gluten free food, nothing was too much trouble.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free available on most dishes!

The food was excellent and there was a very good variety of choices on the menu. The staff were very friendly and attentive. I can definitely recommend this pub and will certainly be visiting it again.

Fabulous family run pub restaurant. Food was exceptional and service was great in this full of character pub.
Went here for a family meal due to having a dog we had to eat outside in a sheltered area. Staff were really helpful and friendly looking after us. Set menu but also specials on board inside the pub. Between us we had Thai chicken green curry (nice and spicy). Sea bass fillets with salad and chips. Steak and Ale pie. Yorkshire pudding wrap. Food was excellent all plates finished. Grandson had pasta and garlic bread. Desserts sticky toffee pudding and baked cheese cake again clean plate. Car park will probably hold about 12 cars but we did park. Lovely evening. If i was staying in Yorkshire longer i would definetly go back.

Great local pub with great beers and delicious food! Without a doubt the best in the area, very family friendly with something for everyone and run by lovely people. Can’t rate highly enough for a casual lunch or dinner and Sunday Roast. Highly recommend to everyone!

We had been intending to visit the Millbank Arms for ages but never got around to it until this lunchtime. So glad we did. Just had the most incredible meal - Steak and Ale Pie and a Beef Stroganoff, with a Milbank Mess chaser for one (with two spoons ?). The staff are excellent, really friendly and helpful and the food was all of a really high quality. Thanks for such a lovely lunch. We will definitely be back and will bring friends and relatives to experience it for themselves.
