“We stayed for 1 night with my daughter and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The wonderful young gentleman at breakfast was a delight. We left our coat and my daughter’s precious ‘silky’ that she’s had since a baby. He posted it back and wouldn’t take any money for the postage, which was such a kind and thoughtful gesture. Exceptional help regarding allergies, amazing service that went above and beyond. Thanku from the bottom of my heart. Xx”
