Not happy...bought a 6 piece bucket. Asked for no wings... what did I find in the bucket when I got home...3 wings 2 drumstick and a breast. Meat was dried out and seemed like it had been cooked 2 hours before....won't be going back there... this is the second and last disappointing purchase from there.

After my nephew pass out parade at ITC went for a family lunch to celebrate. The waiting was over an 1hr. I received a parking charge of £100. I stayed over 21min. The service was poor. I got charged because of the incompetent of the staff at this KFC on Richmond Road, Catterick. If the food came quicker I would never be charged.I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
The customer service was horrible as the lady in till she was super rude.

Worst fast food ever. Staff were ignorant and impatient yet they told me 10 minutes after I ordered that there suddenly a problem with the frier so it would be another 10 minutes, which I really didn't believe, probably much longer. Got a refund and will never bother with them again.
