Although the food was nice enough the service and time taken for meals to be brought out was unacceptable.Each element of the meal was brought out separately meaning we couldn’t have the sides with the mains.Unfortunately after 1hr 40 mins we were still waiting for some of the food to come out and had to leave for an event.

Order at 20.20 and it now 21.40 still not turned up and rung up at 21.00 to find out what's going on they say it will be 15 minutes the customer service is shocking I really suggest never ordering from here if you want a good takeaway not happy at all with this service they provide

Food was nice, service was fine. Sat by the bay windows on a cold night was cold. Price was reasonable for all you can eat A La carte. Loud table of lads - were not particularly rowdy to be fair just a bit noisy and giddy which I cba with but was alright.

We both finish work late and was no place taking bookings but luckily the server at 9:45pm greet us with a nice smile and told us that we could still be served! The staff is super friendly and professional, super cheap to eat and the food is absolutely tasty.

What a letdown.!Went here to celebrate for my birthday with family (4 adults) The place was nearly empty when we arrived at about 6pm very few tables take. We ordered our starters which came very promptly and the were really nice. We sat and waited and waited for the waitress to come and take our main course orders and in the end had to go and ask them to come to our table to take the food orders. By then it had become a bit more busy as more people had arrived. Some of the food main food. orders gradually came it bit by bit but albeit very slowly. 3 in our party received their orders but myself did not receive anything until the others had finished. Right at the end of the meal when I had finished mine they actually brought a noodle dish that I had ordered but given up on. I did notice that other people who had sat down much later than us were receiving their orders long before we had any sign of ours. I must say though what we had was really nice but the service is absolutely shocking which spoilt our evening of a birthday celebration.

My partner and I are just back from this fabulous restaurant. It was one of the most delicious chinese meals we've had for a long time. It's a buffet style restaurant but the chef cooks your meals fresh to order. You wait a bit longer for the chef to prepare your order but it's well worth the wait. We ordered two hot & sour soups, salt & pepper chicken wings, and Peking style ribs for starter. They were all phenomenally delicious! And because the chef cooks your meals to order, they come out to your table hot (temperature-wise). The main dishes were equally delicious - szechaun chicken, crispy chicken in Thai sweet chilli sauce, and king prawn (I mean "KING" prawns) with ginger & spring onions. I highly recommend this reataurant for anyone living in or visiting Harrogate.
