Ordered at h6:30 estimed time fir collection 17-22 mins. Went to store at 6:55 to be told it would be another 30 mins. Food finally ready at 7:25. I understand that place was busy but this should have been reflected on the app when ordering.

Just don’t order from here. Go to the other Harrogate store. They are useless on a Friday or Saturday night. As others say, they just can’t handle demand but the issue is they don’t communicate. 8 people waiting for pizzas tonight and they hide in the back. No one is managing it. So you have to wait until they maybe bring it. None of them can talk to you for some reason if you ask them for an update they say sorry and scurry to the back. Useless.

All round great experience. Pizza was amazing! Definitely the best dominoes in Harrogate.Collected and was ready on time.Parking: Spots are a bit awkward but you can always get a spot.

Longest 9 - 14 minutes of my life: the app said the pizza would take this time, however it was over 45 mins of waiting with 3 children at home waiting up past their bedtime for very average pizza. There were a number of other people waiting experiencing the same issue - all frustrated and all complaining. The staff didn’t seem to care and watching them make the pizza was utterly depressing and worrying (especially for those with an allergy / a dietary requirement). 1 word - Avoid This Place Like The Plague (oh gosh, that’s over 5 times as long as what I said it would be…touché).

DO NOT USE !!!!! Sent 11 inch pizza instead of 13.5 Manager rude and refused to resend, 3 hungry kids had had a slice before I noticed and said sorry our policy is returning the full pizza or nothing ABSOLUTE DISGUSTING

Ordered from here because it’s domino’s right? Food was fast but we both felt sick afterwards. Must have been something dodgy in the food. Not worth it for the £15.5 I spent on one pizza. Plus it looked smaller than it should have been I ordered a 13.5 inch. Also was outside shop for 10 minutes and in that time the delivery driver got honked at 2 times because he was backing into people without looking.

Made the worst decision and accidentally chose this over the other Dominos in Harrogate.2 hours for a no show Pizza. Arrogant and stuck up over the phone.Lied to me twice suggesting the pizza was on the way when in fact it was not.Absolutely disgusted by this joke of an establishment.Refund due in 3-5 days.. maybe the pizza will have turned up by then.
