I booked a surprise party for my partner 40th, the whole experience was very pleasant. Judith made the booking and arrangements very easy for me and Rhi the floor manager helped us all night long providing the food at an appropriate time, keeping the area clear of non-guests and being very friendly, and the bar manager help keep track of the tab and was very helpful. The food was absolutely delicious, and when ordering this I was offered the best package and price for my needsI would definitely recommend this to friends wanting a similar experience in Harrogate.Thank youStuart BrennanPs. Hesitated about reviewing but the Buddha Bowl lacked protein other than some humus (no beans, pulses or tofu), had no grains and devoid of any fresh tastes or texture. It did include an unwelcome large chunk of hard clear plastic of unknown origin. Sadly I can't recommend based on my experience.

The two girls who served our large party were so attentive and really lovely! They went out of their way for us and we really appreciated it! The food and drinks on our bottomless were wonderful. The staff in the lead up via email/phone have been so helpful too.

We found this bar, while trying to find somewhere to eat, well worth it. The staff were friendly and accommodating with regards the food (my partner is gluten free vegetarian), we also had our 2 dogs with us which they were really good with and made them feel welcome. Food was excellent, if we were driving and had the dogs with us would have definitely stayed longer and samples the back bar

I had a little trouble with my voucher but the lady was lovely and helped me find it.
