The best fish and chips I’ve eaten In years, light and crispy batter, nice flakey Haddock, good chips, we got the special which is a big portion we couldn’t finish it. fast friendly service, felt welcome and will definitely come back when next in town.

Changed its name to Bradley's, walked past it twice until we realised this was the restaurant we were looking for.very nicely decorated restaurant,you can get takeaway next door or dine in restaurant,we opted for restaurant,chose haddock chips and peas fab meal best fish and chips I've in years,wish we were older great silver years offer,also great service very friendly.

Went here for the first time in many years last night, was lovely fresh food. My mum got the fish pie and she said it was lovely, I got fish and chips and it was all very fresh and delish. Normally, this sort of food makes me feel very bloated and a bit nauseas (worth it tho) but their food did not. It wasn’t overly greasy and tasted just so fresh. Will 100% be back. My only suggestions would be to advertise you are dog friendly and invest in an online booking system! We planned on bringing our dog and the restaurant were happy to accommodate, but I had to call up to book and check they were happy for us to bring her. Not a big deal whatsoever but personally I prefer an online bookings system. Oh… and please get coke not Pepsi ?

Had haddock, chips and peas. The fish itself was great quality, but the batter undercooked and a bit soggy in places. Chips were a bit undercooked too. Peas were great. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

No fish cakes and no cod. Disappointed.However I had the scampi instead. Lovely.Never heard of a chippy having no cod.

We had a wonderful tea here. 2 portions of haddock and chips. The batter is to die for. Fish tasty and chips were very good.

We absolutely loved it here this evening. Greeted with lovely friendly staff . We had haddock and chips cooked to perfection with homemade tartare sauce . I never usually enjoy fish and chips this much . I can actually say they don’t leave a greasy aftertaste like some do hence the reason I don’t have them very often. Will definitely be back soon . Thank you
