Lovely hot chocolate and brownie but sat in a cold draft as the front doors have to remain wide open for access issues. Surely there must be another solution? It was really cold! Not pleasant and spoilt the experience.

Had a salted caramel coffee which was a little sweet but then tried a mint velvetiser coffee. We naturally bought a velvetiser machine with a selection of flavours so we can determine which flavours we like most

I love the chocolate here even though it is expensive and I have wanted to try the ice cream for ages. We were served by a lovely young lady who had us sit down whilst she made the ice cream- better than standing there waiting! My husband had the billionaire sundae and I had a tub with raspberry sauce and chocolate shard. Both were nice enough and the subtle taste of the cocoa nibs is a USP but it doesn't match up in creaminess and texture to Ripleys. Quite pricey too for the portion sizes. I'm going to reserve judgement fully until I've tried one of the ice cream shakes! ( when I've saved my pennies!)

On entering no one greets you, standing and waiting in the cafe no smile or expectations managed and no other customers being served…just stood and ignored…eventually served…not a glimmer of a smile or greeting…drinks nothing special….although almost empty…TOLD drinks will be left on counter when ready…no effort made at all on part of any staff to engage…came over as unfriendly bordering on hostile and clearly disinterested…gave the impression the role was beneath them…won’t visit again…plenty of more customer centric cafes in Harrogate
