A tiny but often very busy takeaway only branch of KFC. The service is a bit variable depending on what shift is working (I used to get missing items quite often), but they have greatly improved lately. The gravy and hot wings are still quite variable, but the original recipe chicken is always good. I don’t think the newer style fries are living up to expectations, but perhaps they will gradually improve.Staff are always friendly and seem to balance serving customers and delivery drivers equally well.It would do much better in a larger premises and there certainly seems to be demand for it.

Asked for 3 larg meals only got 1 larg and 2 small even when I corrected them it still came 1 larg 2 small. Couldn't wait any longer as I had to be some where for a certain time. But I always stop by this KFC when I'm traveling

Called in tonight went for the Banquet what a disappointment.The fillets were warm look like they were left over from lunchtime.Popcorn chicken the same warm left over from lunchtime.Chips almost acceptableWhat a discrace £20 and you get served Rubbish.I hope this goes to Head office as the two staff in charge have no clueTrain your staff properly that chicken should as you describe be finger licking good but tonight you took my money and supplied bland warm enimick food.Need to get a grip.One very disappointed customerBy the way if you want my name Its Steve Dalby

Ordered on Just eat, waited 1 hour then received someone else’s order. Something always goes wrong with this Kfc. Usually items missing. Not what we wanted and my order was twice as expensive as the one I received.

A small, pokey place for take outs and orders. No one in there at dinner time when I walked in. Asked for a spicy fillet burger and chips which came as a meal with large drink - £7.50. Not too bad considering I wasn’t expecting much to begin with. I thought the burger was quite small and it had a slight kick to the coating and mayonnaise underneath which I didn’t ask for. The fries were luke warm with skin on the sides. The coke was almost flat. Overall, not great.

Useless. 20 minutes to order. Failed to scan my app, then did not put the receipt in the bag. Kept doing Just Eat etc orders first. Understaffed and some of the delivery drivers, do not help, rude to staff. Suggest management help out to stop this issue. Staff looked shattered.

This place is pure tripe, absolutely awful food that's rancid and makes people ill. Either overcooked or dripping in grease. Randomly get charged whatever they feel like charging you, maybe the people saying the food never turned up have got off lightly.Considering over the last 18 months there's two brand new chicken operations opened up with spitting distance you'd think KFC would up their game but they've actually got WORSE!Company must not give a damn about any reviews on Deliveroo/JE/Google, suppose when you've still got some people without taste buds going in it must be ok.Wheelchair accessibility: Very wide door and huge shop, could fit about 40 wheelchairs in.Only joking.

Rude employees led by the restaurant manager! Food safety problems that have persisted for more than 2 years and no one takes any action....what more can I say about cleanliness....equipment that has not seen a cloth for years and what is frustrating here is the staff he sits and looks at his colleague who runs and packs the orders both on the front and on the deliveries....the waiting time is excessively long....Mr. manager, where is the cooperation in your restaurant? For real....you hired people who don't know how to communicate with each other and don't even help each other....in KFC you have to cooperate and help, not sit and watch someone else sweat from so much work... .And where is the cashier's smile? Tired of looking at the packer? Or does he not want the nail polish to come off? Disgusting....☹️
