Usually nandos are efficient and you know what you are getting ....not this time...waited almost 45 mins for our food then my burger was stone cold they took it away and replaced 20 mins later by that time my daughter had finished her meal again it was cold and inedible so just ate the Fry's and peas ..the buns the burgers are in need toasting as they are cold and doughy and the veggie burger was cold mush well below par..we were compensated with a drink and a refund on a gift card but still a very poor dining experience,also felt very sorry for the young staff who seemed to be treated a little disrespectfully by management not pleasant to see .. improvement needed at this branch for sure ,I feel they are concentrating too much on deliveries and not in restaurant customer serviceVegetarian options: Appaling options needs an update

We enjoyed the food and staff were helpful and nice. The platter meals were not available, but the alternatives we had were still filling. A few minutes walk from our hotel, so it's all good.

It can’t be, surely not, is it? Have I found the best Nando’s in the UK?? The staff cared, the chicken was incredible and moist, fries not crunchy, garlic bread not nuked.. staff interactions, not one spotty teenage member of staff anywhere… clean environment…. It was an emotional experience!

Overhyped, sauces were actually just plain bad tasting(acidy?) and we had to Google how to use them which is bad design. butterfly burger was acceptable didn't like the bread too much (slightly chewy/hard) , music was jarring definitely ruined the atmosphere a bit, broccoli was awful, rice was 100% microwaved, chips had a nice seasoning actually so that's a plus, corn on the cob was flavourless. Overall the experience was a lil positive and it was worth trying nandos once but probably never again.

Music very loud no atmosphere. The food came cold and the chicken was dry and was like rubber. Sorry would never go back on my experience.
Disgusting cold sloppy beanie burger in a stale bun , sent back presented with a cold sloppy beanie burger in a wrap! Spoke to chef who said it was hot, the centre was still fridge cold! Don’t your staff use a temperature probe! Just because it’s nit mart the find needs to be 75c + unless you were trying to poison me!

Before we'd ordered we had to visit the loo... one toilet had pooh on the seat and the other toilet wasn't dispensing the toilet paper, friend took slices of skin off her fingers trying to get some out. Mentioned it to someone when we got upstairs, she said, I'm sorry about that, i only work one day a week so have no idea what goes on!!! She said the manager was sorting it. Visited the loo when we left... nothing was different!! Also... we had 4 £50 gift cards to use.... each time we used one the whole £50 was taken off, even though we hadn't spend the whole amount... do they know what they are doing... its a Sunday night... not busy at all, no excuse for poor toilet hygiene at all!

We had a voucher which we asked to be scanned upon entry the girl said there was nothing on. By the time we got to the till to order there was another girl working who rechecked the card and it had £20 on, Reka served us there was some things out of stock and she was so calm and polite about it she offered alternatives and laughed with us about the voucher situation. She gave us time to sort out nandos app out and all round was 10/10
