Food late, wrong items delivered, second time we've struggled with their service, will not order from them again.Have been asked in the survey which dishes I recommend, it's pathetic food if there is no service.

Ordered a few times and each time the Papa Johns app says the food has been delivered and it arrives, cold, nearly 30 minutes later. We’ve contacted them to let them know on each occasion but the staff don’t appear to be interested and there’s always an offer of a “free pizza next time” which we’ve never received. On the third occasion, the member of staff on the phone refused to put my partner through to a manager/supervisor, later pretending she couldn’t hear him, hanging up the phone and now no one is answering. It’s a shame such a well known brand is being let down by poor customer service.

Stopped ordering from here entirely now. Despite being close to the restaurant delivery times have always been unusually long but recently it has become ridiculous. Last time we ordered it took over 2 hours to get the food to us, called 3 times asking where it was and told it was 5 mins away every time. Cold food arrived but we'd already given up and gone to the shops by the time it did. No apology, no refund.

Terrible service. Ordered via deliveroo, and the status was on ‘preparing’ for an hour. Called them up, only to have the call dropped after waiting ages for someone to come back and tell us what was going on. Had to cancel in the end. Don’t waste your time. I wouldn’t give any stars but it seems you have to give at least one on google review.

Ordered at 5.30pm, it is now 7.30 and the food is still not there. Nobody is answering the phone. We called 7 TIMES. So, what are we supposed to do? Absolutely idiotic. Stealing peoples money basically.

Waited over 3 hours for it to turn up. They wouldn't answer the phone for over an hour. Finally turned up after 3 1/2 and I sent it back. Put in a complaint to there head office and am currently waiting for my refund.

I don't know where to start with this review.We live in a 5 minute drive of the place but had to wait 35 minutes for the delivery guy to deliver all other orders and then deliver us stone cold pizza.On top of the pizza and sides being cold , the order was also wrong. One of the pizzas was missing two of the main toppings and one side was completly incorrect and the other had the wrong dip.It was the first time ordering and will definitely be the last.What a waste of money.

Absolutely shocking customer experience. Ordered a pizza over the phone which was very difficult to begin with as one member of staff quite literally said I can’t order via the phone. Went to pick up the food after a load of trouble ordering and the manager having to call me back to take my order in the end. The pizza I ordered which was a BBQ chicken pizza, had no BBQ sauce at all. Called and asked for a refund. Was told I’d receive a call this evening, this hasn’t happened…I’ve just tried to call and have been the told manager is not available and has gone home for the evening. False promises, shocking food and abysmal service. If I could score 0 stars, I definitely would.

Absolutely appalling service. Delivery arrived after 2 hours and half an hour after it was supposedly "with me". The pizza was luke warm at best. I'm usually a fan of papa John's but this branch is the worst I have experienced by far.

One of the worst delivery experiences of my life. Waited nearly an hour, food arrived wrong.Called up and got a very argumentative guy called Gill who tells me that the pizzas were right and that's just how they make them. I then list the plethora of ingredients on the pizza that weren't listed on the website before he finally agrees that they're incorrect.He offers me a refund or redelivery and I foolishly agree to redelivery. He tells me they're busy so it would take some time. Another hour goes by and I call for an update and I'm told the food would be with us in 15 minutes. It arrives, we open the box and they're incorrect again.I call back and speak to Gill who tells me that "this time I made them from the recipe". I tell him that the bases and the toppings don't match what's listed on the menu but he's adamant that they're correct.I ask for a refund as it's not nearly 2.5 hours since the original order went in, and Gill tells me I have to request my refund online. There is nowhere on the Paper Johns website to do this, so I inform Gill of that fact. He tells me they're unable to process a refund and the website is the only way to do it. I asked him to check the website himself and possibly help guide me to where s refund could be requested, and upon checking, he agrees there is nowhere to request said refund and the site actually asks you to contact the store.Unable to proceed, I'm not waiting on a call back from the manager (tomorrow) to attempt to arrange a refund.As for the food, the pizza was somehow simultaneously dry and greasy. Odd taste. One of the worst pizzas I've ever eaten. Would not order again.Pic was meant to be a cheese pizza...

Im not usually one for writing reviews, but this has brought out the beast in me. I placed a £100 order at 8:38pm and received it at 22:44, over 2 hours later. My distress at a lack of change in tracking status was met with roughly 7 ignored calls to the number provided and upon reaching a member of staff received a wholly inconsiderate and nonchalant response with absolutely zero apology. I have never experienced such dismal service from any establishment spanning all known industries. AVOID AT ALL COST - I cannot stress this enough.

Delivery took over 2 hours! Phone calls were initially left to ring out. When eventually able to speak to someone the eta delivery time were lies. When eventually delivered pizzas were luke warm and thin & crispy base was thick folderable dough. Worst service and product. Avoid.
