Very disappointed with our Pizza tonight… it was far too cheesy and very stodgy. Been a few times before and had no issues… will not be returning in the near

First time here. Great experience, our server was very friendly and attentive, we had a Calzone and a Portofino pizza. Very well priced and the environment was lovely. Lacked a bit of atmosphere, maybe as it was mid afternoon and the portions were huge. Felt over faced and full to busting. Would we go back? Absolutely. Better value and service than Pizza Express or Zizi!!

The food was very good, I had lasagne with salad for my main, it was probably the best I've had in a restaurant, and I've had a few, Efe was our waiter, he was a very pleasant young man and very attentive would highly recommend this restaurant, my husband and myself will definitely be back.

This was an excellent find recommended by locals. We walked in as an unbooked group if 9 on a busy Thursday and they still managed to seat us together and serve excellent good value food. They offer a wide choice of starters and mains for £13.50. Very generous portions and friendly service. Highly recommended.

Full English all day breakfast and muscles for lunch. Nicely cooked and presented and friendly service. Very reasonably priced. We didn't have a garlic bread ourselves but saw others having them and they were massive and smelt delicious. Definitely going to try one next time.

Mother's Day weekend - and Saturday night! It was so busy but the atmosphere was wonderful :-) The staff coped superbly and were always smiling and pleasant, despite the obvious pressure they were all under. Orders didn't seems to take any longer than normal (maybe just a tiny bit), which was impressive considering how very busy they were and a portion of wedges were a little over done. But this is really, really nit-picking - and actually highlights how excellent everything else was. One of our favourite places and as the recipient (Grandma/Mum <3) I loved our evening treat at Portofino.Kid-friendliness: Always very good for families!

Food was amazing, been many times before, and this has to be the best food we have had. Both had starters and mains. Service was very good

First time in Harrogate and wanted to eat out, so chose this place as my partner and I love Italian food. But of all the Italians I've eaten at, this was the worst. We were seated quickly and the lady who served us was very friendly and helpful. The rest of the staff, not so much.My partner did enjoy her meal, but mine was mediocre and the pasta was hard on the bottom, meaning I had to leave part of my dish. I told our waitress and she apologised and said she'd pass it on, but when a different guy brought the bill, there was no mention of it. I asked if my complaint had been passed on and the man went to find out. But when he came back he seemed agitated and offered to knock a drink off the bill, which I said was fine, but he made me feel on edge for a small compliant. There was no apology, it was like I was being a pain and I left feeling upset. It's hard for me to actually speak up, and it was only a small issue, so I think it would have been handled with a lot more grace. I felt like it ruined the meal for me - if I came back to Harrogate I'd go to Zizzis next door.

We go here frequently because the food and service is consistently good.Sometimes it gets really busy and loud but rarely on a Sunday afternoon in Winter, which is when we started going. It's part of a chain but feels like a family restaurant, with great service.

Really tasty great gluten free veggie pizza. And the cheese they use is pasteurized, for those pregnant mums that can never be too careful.Super busy on Saturday but they made me a delicious gluten free takeaway pizza in 15 minutes. Pizza express would take 45 min.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free
