Bella, the lady at the register talked to her friends for over 5 minutes with a packed queue waiting to be served. I'm all for being friendly, but not dragging on chats when you have a full queue of patrons waiting to be served. Took over 20 minutes from time of entering queue to get 2 coffees.

I recently visited this Starbucks branch on Wednesday the 13th September, of which I have ordered from many times, and previously sat in and ordered. My intent was to grab a drink, when I had set my laptop down ready for my meeting. However, the staff called me out immediately upon entering and walking up the stairs and questioned whether I would be making a purchase, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. I found this in stark contrast to Starbucks' stated aim of creating a "culture of belonging and warmth where everyone is welcome."I felt targeted based on my casual attire, which is unacceptable in a place that claims to be inclusive. I had planned on ordering but was so put off by the experience that I chose not to.To make matters worse, a manager/member of Staff member later approached me upstairs and accused me of being rude when I was merely challenging the staff's unwarranted assumptions, and further reiterated I must order, will I order?This experience has left me disappointed and questioning whether Starbucks is truly committed to its stated mission of inclusivity. I hope this review prompts reevaluation of staff training programs and adherence to company policies.

Ignorant and rude staff, highly strung, and massive egos. Spoke to in an atrocious and ignorant manner. Paid for something, didn’t have it, suggested just refund me for the thing they don’t have in; wouldn’t do it. Talked down to and made to feel embarrassed for asking them to bring it when they have some. Told this could be a long time. Need to get rid of the ego and have some customer service.

We generally don't eat at Starbucks just enjoy their beautiful coffee and purchase their decaf beans which they grind for us to use at home!

Often busy branch, nice seasonal drink selection and cool aircon really nice this time of year!(School students at finishing time can make it busy, nothing against but staff must get a bit harried when 4 kids go upstairs but only 1 maybe buys a drink - hey I get it, free WiFi! ?)Generally tidy and clean, in need of a bit of refurbishment / spruce up that's been said to be coming for a couple of years.Staff friendly and helpful.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible for the small downstairs seating area and has accessible toilet.

Pretty much always got someone in the queue - busy little place! Good amount of seating upstairs. Little cramped downstairs when queueing/waiting for your order.Staff are always nice and friendly. Last time I went in, they were mucking around quite a bit though, which is fine, but it was just a bit too much. I wouldn't talk too loudly about my personal life and mess around with friends (customers, not staff) on shift when paying customers are so close...Drinks are always good and little treats are always nice, too.

Central in town and close to the bus and rail stations, quick friendly service, can be quite a busy spot! Plenty of space upstairs though and clean / tidy during my visit. Had a nice flat white and great fruit toast.

For the price a bit of customer service wouldn’t go a miss! Very weird service from this Starbucks the last few months from saying they have merchandise in stock that they don’t to shoddy delivery orders, and a refusal to get my too good to go bag saying it was too late (1 minute before the store closed) to collect and it was in the bin even though I could see it on the side, very odd power hungry individual seemed to enjoy refusing me it for some reason! I’d rather wait until I’m in another location than return to this one!
