Got three which most would say a bonus but when you order two footlong steak and cheese toasted and get two just salad cold and 1 plain steak was not happy !!!Asked them to correct the order and attitude was out or order!!!!! Food is good,although if they would not be so stingy with the ingredients could be even better, customer service can funny at times ,but nothing as bad to stop me going back ....it's just I'm not going that often ?

Male staff seems totally uninterested in his job. I'm disabled but the toilet was not open to me. Salad portions were poor. No coffee available only tea.Would not return again.

DO NOT ORDER IF YOU HAVE DIETARY REQUIREMENTS! I ordered a veggie delite with Mozzarella Style Plant-Based Slices but it came with non-vegan Grated Mozzarella/Cheddar mix. Only noticed after I'd bitten into it. I tried calling the restaurant (ordered with Just-Eat) but no-one picked up. Completely unacceptable!

I was waiting to place my order, The man serving us did not change his gloves after he touched some cash and went to straightaway make my sandwich, then he touched his mask and went to go grab the bread without changing the gloves… I then said to him “could you please change your gloves as you have just touched your mask” It was very disgusting! I cannot imagine how many peoples sandwiches he has touched with the same pair of gloves… I will not be returning. Especially in these times we need to be so careful about where our hands are going and the fact that he is touching dirty change and then touching his masks and making us “fresh” sandwiches

Just ordered from here, both our sandwiches were completely wrong & when we phoned to correct them they would do nothing about it even though they had put things in my partners that he's allergic to! Asked for a refund and they flat out refused. Terrible customer service will not be using again!

First time I’ve visited a subway since before lockdown and wish I’d choose a different one. The guy on the till who did my salad was so rude and lacked any customer service skills at all. Really felt like they didn’t want any customers in the shop at all. I asked for a salad and the lettuce was rotten so they swapped it. When I asked for lettuce on my other half’s sub he took it from my salad!! I mean come on really!!! He was short and had 0 manners and I actually felt like walking back out again without paying or my food. It’s hard times for everyone we don’t need to feel bad for actually buying something from a subway now!! Next time I’ll drive to another store. Shocking service and rotten lettuce isn’t something anyone wants!!!!!!

Like the sandwiches and they have lots of tempting choices to try. The Italian hearty bread is lovely and soft, nice fresh salad too. However the place is a tip, dirty tables and stuff all over the floors. It was particularly busy when I was last there but there should be no excuse for it not being clean.

Great food, but not so great at speaking to customers. Barking words out instead of asking a question such as CHEESE instead of saying would you like extra cheese? Or CASH CARD instead of asking would you like to pay by card or cash? This wasn't helpful as a deaf customer.

Wouldn't let my husband have 2 free coffees that we have earned on our subcard! Said we could buy them though! :( Also toilet door opens straight into eating area (no second door) DISGUSTING!!! Lady who wasn't able to lock door end up exposing herself to several gentlemen diners as door was accidentally opened by another customer!! Finally place filthy and the single member of staff disinterest and not clean appearance.

We visit this place in last year Feb 2019 wasnt happy with the service and cleaning but we visited this year on 3rd Jan 2020 was really impressed with food quality and cleaning in the store!!! Glad to know it’s under new ownership!! Well done Sam keep it up!!! Will come again and definitely recommend this place!!!

as per once a month or so always around closings time they use the same old trick not to serve customers sorry only cash there works being done to the line at 5pm i would think that work would be done. iv seen some shocking thing here over the year but they went a new low today as turn down a young women with a baby who was a customer the right to use their toilet to change the nappy so instead I witnessed then going to the coffee shop probably asked to change their baby. The manger in this subway was the one who told her this as well sorry but you are in the wrong type of work very very poor.
