“Genuinely is some of the best food in the area. Nowhere else does Asian style food as well as this.
If they could sort the service out so it's just a little more professional and attentive, so that Im not waiting up to 20 minutes before someone takes our drink order then it might possibly be be the best restaurant in harrogate. But until then, go for the amazing food and bring your patience.”

“A truly wonderful meal, with great service & an authentic atmosphere.

My colleague and I shared a sukhothai starter, which was wonderful. My only complaint was the sweetcorn cakes were a bit hard, and the tempora prawn was a little greasy. Everything else was fantastic!

I had a red curry with sticky rice, which was absolutely delicious.

The staff were really friendly, the venue is beautiful!

“Had a lovely meal today, the server Por was so welcoming and helpful! We had the marinated steak, sticky chicken, basil and chilli vegetable stirfry, sticky rice and garlic pepper noodles. Also started with the money bags, vegetable spring rolls, satay skewers and salt and pepper mushrooms which were all really nice!
It would be great to see some vegetarian options on the showstopper part of the menu.
The atmosphere was good but it was quite noisy and hard to hear.

“Very busy Thai restaurant with a wide variety of dishes from Singapore, Hong Kong and Thailand. Slightly disappointed with my crispy prawn starter as I hadn’t expected it to be in batter. A bit ordinary tasting in my opinion. DH’s starter on the other hand was amazing and very tasty. Both mains were good. Shared one noodles between us and that was plenty. Generous portions on the mains.”

“My partner wasnt feeling great and asked me to order food in, preferably something chinese with pineapple. I went to order on the website as Sunrise was the last place open and it said they were closed for the night. I was a little desperate so called on the phone and the staff were lovely and since I didnt have cash they reopened the website to allow me to order, being very and patient with me the whole time. the food arrived 40 minutes later (5 minutes sooner than estimated) and was still extremely polite, food was perfectly packed to stay warm until my partner was home from work. Their chicken with pineapple and OK sauce was perfectly sweet and falling apart in their mouth, and my crispy beef in chili sauce was cooked to absolute perfection. about to eat the Pineapple Fritters now, but I will definately be ordering again in the future!”
