“I attend every wine tasting session at this great little venue and always have a fabulous evening. The presenter, Phil, is very knowledgeable and chooses an excellent range of wines to sample. The bar staff are quietly attentive and always on hand to provide good service. The recent Lebanese tasting was utterly enthralling and last night's Eastern European session was similarly illuminating. Some unexpected delights from Greece and Georgia! Highly recommended.”

“Recently visited, what a great place.the food was fantastic.the Staff put allot of effort into customer service and it shows.the cask ales are perfect.lots to choose from .if its just a snack.or a evening meal it is the place to be.i think you can even get a shot glass of smarties. Good wheel chair access. I would recommend it to everyone.”

Very cosy and tasteful space, since we dined downstairs in the pub/bar area.We got the Early Bird Special, which was a great deal considering the quality of the food! Had some haddock arancini with truffle mayo as starter, Grilled Sea Bass as main and Sticky Toffee Pudding for dessert.”
