Head up for the larger crowd, you will need the large group booth or the bar to sit at. Once you are sat and setup though it's lovely, order drinks with the staff then you can order anything you want via QR code on your table number plague or with the staff, or pick items off the belt as they tootle past.Had a selection of items from the menu, all amazing first time eating in with Yo! Harrogate, had take away a couple of times.Meal items:Mighty Duck fries, chicken katsu curry, Japanese fried chicken, chicken gyozu and a couple of items off the belt, finsihing with a domyaki (pancake)Myself and my Mrs were extremely happy with the meal, fantastic place. Good service, chilled atmosphere (fairly quiet when we visited) and amazing food.Definatly recommend!

Waitress didn't really seem to know what she was doing & very slow. Food on the belt was very limited, same few things going round. Food ordered from the menu was nice, kitchen staff nice.

It’s cute and convenient with helpful staff but the sushi is not very high grade and is actually rather pricey for what you get in the end.You grab sushi plates off a conveyor belt that are individually cheap (3-7 GBP) but also tiny. If you really want dinner they add up (almost like sushi tapas).

I love love love the YO in Harrogate! The service is always amazing all the employees are so nice and the food is always amazing quality! The porti sizes are in my opinion the best from the different YOs I've been to and its even better that no matter where you sit you can see the food being prepared. Honestly my favorite go to ?

What an absolute rip off. Couldn’t stop laughing from shock when I saw the portion size. Tiny! Spent £25 for myself and my girlfriend to basically have a little starter each. Insane. Never going here again. Time to order a pizza.

Menu on-line, ordering ridiculous, food quality good, expensive - 2 soft drinks + 2 miso soups + 1 yo-yo starter + 1 chicken firecracker rice + 1 chicken poke bowl = £38 Staff good, venue clean.

This was the worse experience I have had in any restaurant. You have to download the app to order and pay. No Customer Service but 10% added to bill. Had to ask for napkins and cutlery. No staff in the whole restaurant at one point to ask for refill Mizo soup. You have lost 2 regular customers.

It was empty, we were the only ones there for most of the time and you could hear the staff trash talking each other. The food was very average and was not freshly prepared as you were sitting next to the assembly area. The annoying 7.5% service charge that seemed to break the app and payment only worked if you included it. Pretty average all round and overpriced.

As always our service at Harrogate YoSushi was phenomenal. The quality of the food was amazing, fresh, bursting with flavour, beautifully presented! Can not fault our food or service at all.

Having a service charge added to your bill, when you literally have to order from an app and have 0 interaction with the staff, absolute jokeThe duck sushi was so dry, it was like eating chalk, it wasn't the cheapest either, it you can afford this place you might as well, walk a bit and go to a proper Japanese place

I got a panic attack trying to connect to the wifi and access the menu system And we were both very surprised by the rise in prices. We will not be returning to Yo Sushi for some time, because of this

Went in and ordered food, with the kids eat free deal, was told they’d take the full amount out of my bank and then refund the kids meals, never heard of anything like it but decide to trust them, got home and they had not refunded the money then was told it would take 1/2 hours then was told it would take 24 hours then on the third time of ringing up 3 days later was told it would take 5 working days and was rudely hung up on I wouldn’t of minded but the food was disgusting over priced and cold please anyone avoid this place at all costsKid-friendliness: Kids thought the food was disgusting and tasteless

The food wasn't awful, that's the only compliment I can give. The tables were dirty, we were given dirty dishes to eat from (actually rank), the doors to the toilets are literally falling off, the staff were all extremely immature and although when speaking to customer they were well mannered, I didn't want to listen to them swearing all meal and I'm sure the table with children didn't either. A really poor experience, wouldn't ever go back - not sure why anyone would choose to eat here when there are so many other decent restaurants nearby.Kid-friendliness: Not child friendly whatsoever, a lot of bad language.

Lunchtime family visit between Christmas and New Year. The restaurant was busy but service was friendly and drinks arrived almost immediately after we’d ordered through the app. Food didn’t take long to arrive either (via conveyor belt) and was well-presented and tasty. This was our first trip to Yo! but we’ll definitely return.
