Great little gem. We went for a pint while in Harrogate as not many pubs around for our liking. Went in here for a guinness before the band played and was a great pint and a great atmosphere! Landlord friendly. Will be visiting again when back in Harrogate. Thankyou

The concept is great, the food is delicious but the service let's the restaurant down. This is very much a bar with the a restaurant as a side thought. The service is extremely slow with us waiting 30mins just to be asked what drinks we'd like. This also means that some things sit in the kitchen pass a while and can feel a little past their best. I order a coffee and ice cream after food and the ice cream texture meant you could tell it had part defrosted and refrozen as it has ice all through it. The ice cream turned up half melted and the coffee had sat so long the milk froth had gone all weird looking. It's a great idea and the food is good, the service let's the place down. The bar itself is awesome and the live music, in my experience, has always been good.

The clientele in the bar are extremely loud, shouting and drunk even early in the evening. We went for the music in the evening but nearly left because quite a few women were horrendously loud, they apparently are regulars there so a regular problem I believe. The tapas were delicious and the music was great though so the evening did improve fortunately. We went back the following evening and the same loudness and drunkenness even at 7 pm put us off and we left.

This is a great place! The food we had was all great and was definitely tapas with a yorkshire twist. There was a DJ on downstairs when we arrived (we ate upstairs) and a live band on afterwards.I would heartily recommend people give this place a try - there was good food with great service at a decent price.

We visited Yorkshire Tapas as part of a birthday weekend away for my husband. I had booked here after reading the reviews and wanting something different to treat my husband. The food did not disappoint and we polished every dish off. My favourite were the beef dripping chips with beef and gravy. My husband loved the pork belly and ribs. The lady who served us was friendly and I thought it was great value. It is definitely worth a visit!

Yesterday afternoon we were in Six by Nico in Manchester. Today we find ourselves in Yorkshire Tapas at Blue bar. To be honest this was better. Superb evening at Yorkshire Tapas@BluesBar. A great concept providing traditional Yorkshire fare in a tapas style. Some of the tastiest food I've ever had with live blues music as well. Honest quirky food, served with great humour. The Malbec is superb! I'm thinking of sending the chef to the Assheton arms to show them how to make chips. Cannot recommend highly enough.

The bar is a great music venue but unfortunately we didn't feel that the food was great this time. We had breaded prawns which were deep fried and over cooked and the squid rings weren't great either. The beef Yorkshire pudding however was good. Service was good but drinks expensive at over £5 for a single vodka then £2.70 on top for a tiny bottle of the coke mixer!
