Used to love this place. Been coming here years on and off.Staff are generally friendly and helpful.But what went wrong? They have stopped many of the sandwich fillings I used to love. I notice that all beef has gone from the menu and many vegan alternatives have replaced them.I like beef and would like the freedom to choose. So, I will have to choose other options for lunch that do not restrict the choice on my behalf.No idea if there is some woke drivers behind this, but they are losing customers.

Constantly running out of large bread rolls and now not even stocking the large brown. Useless staff who do nothing to fix the situation. I am not longer going there and I know a lot of others who have stopped going as well. I will be surprised if this stays open much the longer the way it is being managed.

The pastry has changed and not for the best in my opinion.Cheese and onion pasty has no taste anymore as I don't eat meat they were my go to but not anymore.My last couple of visits the shelves look bare and this is in the morning.Products have definitely gone down the pan, the only saving grace for me are the lovely staff.

I give up with this place.They have a sign up saying breakfast all day everyday except by 2pm they never have any bacon in, have usually ran out of most things. Today I went, bearing in mind the roads closed so you’d have thought there’d be way more stock, no, not even bread. I’m not even gonna attempt going again because they never have what I want in.
