The place smelled of stale milk. Quality of drink was fine and it was brought over.What I was impressed with was the treatment of another customer who had additional needs. They were made to feel valued and important. Great level of service to that person.

I went today to the costa coffee in the cleveland town center, the guy who worked there was not friendly, i had to wait for a long time to order. He ignored me. Eventhough he scanned my qr code in the app, still i havn't received the beans. This is not the first time. They show that they are scanning, but the beans don't add to the account. And whenever i go, always bad smell coming. Very dissapointed about the service.

Costa in the Cleveland Centre is absolutely my go to place to have a quick bite and a drink when out and about in town.The coffee is always delicious and the sandwiches are rather tasty too, I had a caramel latte with cream and a bacon bun which were both delightful.On top of all that there was plenty of seating available at peak lunch time and the staff were excellent in both service and attitude. Josh the gentleman who served me was very friendly and had a great personality really put a smile to my face.Highly recommended!Kid-friendliness: Highchairs available, friendly atmosphere.Wheelchair accessibility: Wide entrances and walkways.

Have been here a few times now as it's one of the only locations to relax and breastfeed the baby in the shopping centre. However I won't be returning, the place is dirty, not very nice coffees, toilet is always out of order which is not ideal with a baby. The place is also quite run down and needs some money spending on it, lights hanging out of the ceiling, worn out furniture etc.
