Came here today for a hot chocolate and a tea, lovely service and staff where wonderful! Even asked if I wanted my hot chocolate filling up, which was really kind of the lady to ask :)

Super staff - friendly and helpful. However, the restaurant has recently been renovated but not successfully in my opinion. Carrying a tray of coffees, it is difficult to manoeuvre within the space available between tables.

Drinks and food are exactly what you'd expect in any Costa. The cleanliness is average but the ambiance is a bit weird because the café is on the mezzanine level looking down on the shoppers in Tesco.

This COSTA is within The TESCO store at the Parkway shopping centre Coulby Newham.
The coffee shop is small and situated on the 1st floor of the store, the coffee shop is very clutter & cramped, the service is fairly good & could do with a letter seating area to accommodate the many that can't get a seat.
If you are planning a visit be prepared for a wait or have a stroll round the many shops and pop back later to try & get a seat..
