DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE me and my partner placed an order on just eat for here as we come every so often and absolutely love it. Tonight we ordered at half 7 and got a delivery time of 8:10/8:25. We got told at 8:30 the food was out for delivery… it’s now half 9 and the food still hasn’t arrived. Me and my partner both rang here to see how long our food was going to be. Either never answered the phone or told us each time the food was going to be 15/20 minutes to which we had already waited 2 hours… We are now 10pm. Our food has came, absolutely freezing, chips were disgusting as they had been out for delivery for over an hour so had started to harden. The curry had all separated from curry and oil as it had been in the car for over an hour. We’ve put it in the bin. So so disappointed.

Went with good friends who are familiar with local providers. They were full of praise for every aspect of the evening. We were well looked after and the food, including some new dishes, was outstanding and plentiful. All agreed it was the best in town!

The freshest, most delicious cuisine in all of middlesbrough, hands down. Nothing is a problem for the staff, they're happy to recommend or amend dishes, super knowledge about the food they're serving up. The staff are absolutely wonderful, always a great experience.

Went last night for my sons Bday, so glad we did, food was absolutely gorgeous, best curry we’ve had in years! Staff so lovely! Place was spotless, can’t wait to go again ?

Catered for a group of 12 and food was all prepared and served in good time. Food was excellent and there was plenty of it. Had a new dish recommended to me based on what I normally have and it was spot on. Haven’t found a new favourite dish for a long time so really pleased Excellent night, well looked after by staff. Take away, delivered hot, within time despite being a distance from the store. Pleased and would repeat order. Chicken tikka masala/lamb bhuna both nice. Thank you

Return visit to this fantastic restaurant - we go every year when in town for the scooter racing. The staff are really good, and the food is fantastic. I had Chicken Channa Puri to start then the restaurant signature dish CHARSI KARAHI with Nawabi rice for main course. Honestly it was fantastic! There were 10 hungry lads in our party, everyone got what they wanted and thoroughly enjoyed it along with a few refreshing beers. We had a great evening! Turns out the Delhi Lounge is also the No 1 choice for takeaway for a couple of our friends who live locally - shows you how good it is. If in town definitely try the Delhi Lounge, you won’t be disappointed!

The food is exceptional, I have had Indian food all over the world. The Deli is second to none. The service is class, very friendly , nothing is too much trouble. 7 days a week you can get 5 courses for £20. Pops,Starter, Curry dish,rice, and a nan. Give this place a go you will go no where else in Boro ?
