Called in for treats only cash only as computer off do couldn’t collect my Greggs app points and free sausage roll ah well maybe next time ,display shelves were a bit empty but maybe time of day mid afternoon.decent visit lovely food service ok

It's a standard Gregg's with staff who couldn't care less about your order, often getting food items mixed up. They aren't impolite, just very careless. The food is of decent quality and alright prices.

Never have anything ready. Always too busy chatting to eachother then to do the job. I have seen customers walk away because items are not ready. Poor customer service must be costing the business alot of profit each week. Its always the women the young lad who I have seen working there does his job well.
