I don’t really understand why all this hate coming from girls names towards two young managers ladies who don’t do any thing else than their job , I haven’t seen any language barrier as mentioned by “others” so the barrier might have been from their side , obviously not from the staff and managers ?

The managers ( Tina and adel ) are the worst and rude with her employees. And doesn’t even support any of the employee And make things difficult for everyone on daily basis during work. Ice stone gelato should get rid of these managers ladies. They are going to ruin Icestone reputation really soon and it’s gonna be out of business in Middlesbrough. Anyone would really prefer creams over icestone gelato.

Place has gone totally down hill, kids working there totally ruined our last experience, and we're making faces when they messed our order up. Very rude, not happy as its expensive and expect a decent service and food on time ! Won't be back there anytime soon, creams round the corner, alot better service.

Went to this place yesterday and the managers were very rude and unwelcoming. I asked the manager for a high chair for my baby however she never got me one or told me where they are. It was definitely the language barrier as she was not making any sense at all. The manager looks very miserable, moody and worn out. I honestly don’t know who hired these people. These managers need firing and new managers are needed asap!

The food is okayish, a bit over rated to be honest but I am utterly disappointed with the service especially the management. It's been a while since I was craving pancakes, I went last week but they weren't available, on my second visit as well they weren't available. Frankly I am not happy with the management.

The managers attitude is absolutely disgusting towards customers and especially towards their young staff! Degrading and appalling! Desserts were average but seeing how the manager was treating a young worker got me upset and I’d never go back! The manager was rude to a young customer as well and I believe the managers name is Tina!

I travelled over an hour to meet some friends and have a catch up after a very difficult time. The most horrific experience at Icestone Gelato! Honestly the most rudest manager ever! She was screaming at her young staff who must have just been 16. She was embarrassing the young staff. Degrading and appalling! I have NEVER seen anything like it and I’ve been in multiple jobs working for several professional companies. The manager had zero respect for her staff, zero respect for her customers. She actually NUDGED & PUSHED one of her staff off the tills, I was shook witnessing it. Her tone, her attitude towards her own staff and customers is brutal. The mangers name is Tina and I really feel as though there needs to be an investigation into how poor the management is and how the manager treats her staff. My heart absolutely broke for the young 16 year olds. One young girl just kept her head down whilst the manager was awful towards her.

I recently went to ice stone with my friend as we were craving something sweet, by the time the order came our craving dissappeared. Overall the taste was okay, everything is very expensive and it's too overrated. I would actually prefer creams over icestone any day.
I would prefer going Creams which is just opposite this shop but will never go Ice stone. Haven’t seen such poor management ever. Never going back again. The service is not at all good and the staff takes forever to get the order. I would honestly just sit home and make my own waffles and milkshakes rather then spending on this overpriced shop.

We went to the IceStone Gelato dessert shop in Leeds (St Johns Centre) and went after a Mcfly Concert as it states online it’s open til 12am. We got there at 10:30pm and was told they were about to close and take outs only. This was no biggy and as we waited we watched the manager being incredible rude to other customers and his own employees. All the staff were clearly young and were constantly being snapped at by the manager who has a very short temper. This already made me uncomfortable as no manager should be allowed to talk to his staff or other customers in such manner. It was quite clear the other staff members were frightened of him and I can see why! Anyways so I ordered a the cookie dough as the photos of this looked like a deep cookie dough-pie type dessert. The takeaway arrived and me and my boyfriend left. We got back to our hotel and I was horrified to see what I ordered - it didn’t look like the picture at all. I paid about £7.99 for this! It’s a completely flat cookie - I wouldn’t pay £5 for this Nevermind £8! Would not recommend and will not be going back, quite upset too as it looked lovely from the outside.
