milkshake wasn’t covered with anything to keep this from spilling in the bag , this resulted in the cookie dough in the same bag being COVERED in milkshake making it soggy , food was also FREEZING cold when it had arrived. Rang up to speak to someone to resolve the issue and got told they had no delivery drivers available to re deliver the order and that we had to go through just eat for this complaint.

** AVOID **Absolutely vile we waiting over 1 hour for our food to turn up as we was visiting from out the area we wasn’t spoilt for choiceOur food turned up cold soggy and theMeat was green I tried to call back and they was closedNo food was eaten waste of £50 1 star is to good for them
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at the restaurant. I had ordered a chicken burger, specifically requesting garlic sauce, but they mistakenly gave me chili sauce instead. Furthermore, I asked for peri peri salt to accompany my meal, but there was no salt provided at all. To make matters worse, the burger bun was burnt, and as someone who can distinguish between toasted and burnt bread, this was unacceptable. When I brought these issues to the attention of the staff, I was met with rudeness as one of the employees blatantly refused to rectify the situation. While I appreciate receiving the burger, I cannot overlook the multiple mistakes that were made. I expected better from this establishment
