We went as a couple this time but our grandson likes to join us occasionally we like to come when it's less busy and use the buffet service and fill our faces the staff are very pleasant and friendly too ,you can ask the waitress if you want something extra like an ice-cream or you can order by a phone app and snapping a code on your table so they know what you want and your table number we will be back soon

Just called in to grab a pizza ,while waiting for my dad who was in at james cook ,I love pizza hut ,but what was exceptional was the service I received from the two lady's there told me all the options available,made me feel very welcome and made it a more enjoyable experience.
The service was spot on, our server didn't push or rush us to make decisions, she didn't bug us throughout by asking "is everything ok / how are things?" etc. Drinks, food & desserts were all correct fresh & hot where necessary.The atmosphere was really nice, it wasn't to busy or loud.
