came to this place after andy shooed me outta mcdonalds because i was being a bad little girl after he spat in my triple quarter pounder (with cheese). honestly i like it. my favourite part is that theres no andy. food is mid, i got a sandwich thrown at me and the second i walked in there i got asked if i wanna scrap but it's alright.

We ordered via uber eats and my partners sub arrived like this.... (Mine was fine, after shoving the filling back in, but that wouldnt work with his as it wasn't even cut properly) Is this funny to the staff? Luckily he's not overly fussy and just ate it with a knife and fork because we have literally nothing else in, but as a takeaway treat, this is disappointing to say the least. The staff could take a little pride in their work.Boyfriend had to spend 5 minutes picking bits of paper out of it before it was even edible. £22 for 2 footlong deals via uber eats for this is a joke. At least the drinks, crisps and cookies were standard.

All the food was stone cold and upon opening my foot long steak and cheese found out it was literally about a tablespoons worth of steak spread along the footlong with a stupid amount of salad on it! Next to no filling at all and all absolutely overloaded with sauce!

So I bought a nacho chicken sub erlyer today and found a big clump of brown hair in my food also i took a peek out back and seen an employee pick a bread bun up off the floor to serve someone with its absolutely discussing it needs closing down its cross contamination
Place has gone downhill in terms of customer service over the last 6 months.The staff are rude and often mocking when it comes to my partner due to them having a Scottish accent. Really not that big a jump in accent, and regardless of this being an issue for some staff to understand, there is no reason to be rude about it.

Just recieved my order via uber eats! I rang to let them no the 'extra meat'for the footlong was actually pepperoni and not chicken( no option on uber to add it) to be told it had already been made ..... the food arrived not toasted (pepperoni could of easily been added, not alot of chicken in it either, The salad i paid for extra meat (again not alot was put in, was hardly anything in it apart from lettuce and tomatos to be honest! ... unfortunatly from this branch u dont get what u pay for unlike other stores

No complaints about the food quality but marshalled along so quickly , couldn't understand half if what was being said to us because of the noise in the background!!Need more practice in Subway language I think!

Been here few times, floor is marked and masks required but find people leaning on counter and not sticking to their space. Originally people were told to wait outside but that doesn't seem to happen now?
