Ordered a milkshake and waffle for delivery quick, efficient and lovely. We read some awful reviews after placing the order and was very apprehensive but really enjoyed it!

This company is a joke. Do not order from this company. I placed my order on their website and made a payment. The order went through and they took the payment from my bank. I rang them up an hour later to ask where my order was and the lady said that their website is down, so I will not be receiving my order but they are happy enough to take the payment now I have to wait a few days to receive my money back. Score 0 from me place needs closing down

Ordered my dessert just after 9PM rang up at 10:45ish because it wasn’t here and they said it’s on its way and still hasn’t arrived at 12:52 this is ridiculous takes your money and doesn’t bring the product

Appalling Service, ordered a waffle as it says comes with ice cream. Waffle came with no ice cream and it was absolutely rock solid. When I phoned the lady on the phone told me to put in the microwave and they don't come with ice cream. When I said it says it does on the menu she hung up the phone! Will not be ordering again!

If I could this place a 0 I would. Because I waited 45 minutes for a burnt waffle after my kids finished theirs and they had to wait as well but my food was really burnt and smelled like it as well. I had to stop eating it.

if i could give this place a 0 i could i ordered 3 milkshakes 1 was basicially all gone it was all spilt in the bag the other 2 were half gone it took 1hr and 45mins and wasn’t worth the money or the wait i would not recommend this place!Parking: it didn’t come to the house we had to walk outside in the freezing cold to find the driver you could smell smoke on all the milkshakes could clearly tell he was smoking would really not recommend!!!

The most disgusting place to have a dessert. Ice cream looked off and texture was so horrible that I left it after one spoon . Never againAll desserts selection looked off and sitting there for months.I felt sick after one spoon

AVOID AT ALL COSTSI stupidly ordered from sweet treats linthorpe road at 8:33pm and it didn’t turn up until 12:15am in the morning, ordered a cookie dough ice cream, jam roly poly and a twister cup ice blast they rang me after I’d put the order in online and told me they had ran out of the cups so I had to give the delivery driver an extra £2 so they can send 2 regular sized ones out ? I said no you can just give us the 1 and give us £2 back lmao, driver turned up and didn’t give us it or apologise for taking 3 and a half hours to come, the pictures speak for themselves the ice cream and ice blast were totally melted and they sent us the wrong flavour cookie dough not to mention it was Baltic and rock hard ?, will never ever give them my money again thiscost me £20!!!
