Visited for Middlesbrough Restaurant Week, superb value (£20 for 3 courses). Loads of choice, generous portions and the food was clearly homemade. Well worth a visit.

Food was delicious, service from cesar & Ryan was incredible they got us lots os drinks as soon as we asked. However throughout our time in the brunch we felt Vicky and Rachel were unapproachable they cancelled our order 10 minutes before we were allowed to order and cancelled 2 rounds of drinks saying we ordered “too much” when we had half a drink each when we ordered. Would highly recommended the brunch again but avoid Rachel and Vicky as they ruin the “vibe” and made us feel rushed and not appreciated. CEASER was 10000% start to finish xx

Whenever the occasion arises for a leisurely day out with friends, the Dovecot invariably stands out as our go-to sanctuary. This establishment epitomises cleanliness and warmth, with staff that consistently greet you with politeness and genuine smiles. The atmosphere here is nothing short of vibrant, especially when the weather graces us with its kindness, allowing for an outdoor seating arrangement where one can bask in the glory of live music. While I've yet to delve into their culinary offerings, the food always presents itself as a visual feast, tempting me to venture a taste with each visit.Drinks at the Dovecot are a highlight, meticulously prepared, refreshingly cool, and priced with fairness in mind. Whether it's the presentation or the quality, every sip confirms the establishment's dedication to excellence. The Dovecot doesn't just elevate the spirits; it elevates the entire locale, infusing a dash of sophistication into the surroundings. It's a place I'd heartily recommend to anyone looking for an elevated experience. Its charm and quality make it an essential stop in our itinerary, affirming that the Dovecot is more than just a bar – it's an experience that enriches every visit.
