“Spoke to an extremely professional lady ( Mary) who took me through the booking process giving all the options available for the dates. The package chosen included dinner on the first evening. I passed comment that my wedding anniversary was on the second day and Mary offered to contact the hotel to ask if the dinner could be moved to the second evening. Just received an email from Mary to say that the hotel has agreed to the dinner being on second evening. Now that is what I call customer service.”
