Absolute rubbish service always late and orders mixed up.. often no delivery available … most drivers seem that they can turn their cars round on my grass instead of reversing out…. Won’t be using ever

Ordered food my my familyAnd guests for a time when we due to be home , pizzas arrived 30 mins early , and were cold , they also failed to send the sides and dips we had ordered.After calling them , spoke the store manager “Brodie or brogue” , completely uninterested, unhelpful and basically said she could t do anything , and Blaimed it in staff issues.Said she process a refund for the items we didn’t get , she didn’t !Refused to swop or refund the cold pizzas !!Truly awful , Ripon dominoes is terrible from start to finish.

Placed an order online with a voucher for buy a large pizza get a large free. Turned up for collection and they had given us a large pizza accompanied with a small pizza. When asked why they weren't both large the staff said because it was ordered online there was nothing she could do and it wasn't something she could sort. She said she could see the voucher that we used but tough. She did nothing to help or try to rectify or explain what had happened. Very poor attitude from her. We certainly won't be coming back to this branch again.

There was next to no sauce on the pizzas I ordered, there was next to no cheese, the wraps I got were very disappointing, some of the wrap was burnt and some of the cheese inside was hard with next to no pepperoni In.

Without doubt the worst Domino’s I’ve used. Come on Domino’s, you are an international brand - why are you making it so hard. You’re slogan is “we’ve got this” - if “this” is terrible customer service then, well done, missioned accomplished!The estimated order was up to 40 minutes. At the 60 minute point they called to say they were short of drivers, and needed to re-cook my order so it was warm, but they would add some additional sides as an apology. At the 90 minute point they delivered a cold pizza with no extra sides.I called the store who offered a refund… 5 days later, no refund. I contact Domino’s customer service, who offered first a repeat order, then a single pizza of a lower value than my order… but no refund.

I was a permanent customer but won't buy any pizzas from this branch anymore. Yesterday was my last purchase, and it was awful. Cheapest Aldi pizza does a lot more ingredients on it. In my last 3 orders was the same. I rang and had a chat with the manager, and unfortunately, he didn't even apologise for that.Do not order from this branch...???

Dominos is domino’s guys and as far as pizza goes you know what you’re getting pretty much nationally, bit more expensive than your local takeaway but 50% less likely to make you ill. HOWEVER, you do not get delivery drivers like this guy. Been ordering from here for a few years now and this guy never fails to brighten my day. Always positive, always asks how you are and is the definition of just doing what you do well regardless of what that is. Credit where it’s due you sir are brilliant. Till next time boss. Yo51 9..

We ordered 2 pizzas, one was correct the other one said the correct pizza on the box but it had a different pizza inside. I rang up to explain and they agreed to send the correct pizza out which was good, however the pizza arrived 40 mins later and the driver wanted to collect the other pizza to take back with him. We'd put it next to the bin untouched as we didn't like the toppings anyway but as this was clearly a mix when boxing 2 orders, and presumably whomever got my pizza also rang to let them know, i found it very disconcerting, because Domino's have messed up my pizza a few times over the years, wrong or missing toppings etc but this is the first time i've had someone else's pizza / order and it's the first time they've ever asked for the pizza to take back with them..
