The decor is stunning as it gives a rustic street food atmosphere to the restaurant. Definitely coming back!

First visit to Goondocks since it has new owners and wow what a difference.......unfortunately not in a good way We were seated and a lovely young lady brought our drinks menus. One laminated and one paper- both crumpled and dirty. Ordered our drinks,she returned twice to tell us they did not have what we ordered. 20 minutes later a rather rude woman came over with 2 glasses and said "prosecco " which we hadn't ordered. She continued to be rude whilst our drinks arrived. It has obviously been a busy afternoon in there but drying glasses on what looked like dirty tea towels in view of customers is not a good look. Lastly, the place smelt so strongly of food that our clothes smelt like burgers for the rest of the evening- never known it like that in there before- we hadn't eaten- maybe the extractor was broken? Paid the bill and left disappointed

This is a gem of a place in Saltburn, me and the wife Popped in on a Saturday lunchtime I would advise other people to do the same because the food is beautiful, the staff and the owners are very nice and friendly (including the chef), deffo coming back to this lovely place ?

Had lunch there today. Food reasonably priced. Ordered 2 pints of Pepsi (came from a 2l bottle next to the bar) and was charged £5 PER PINT. No price list for soft drinks available but absolutely disgusting prices for soft drinks. Would not recommend unless you want to get ripped off.

Great little place when visiting Saltburn by the Sea. Food menu was limited due to finding a chef but what we did have was great. GoonDocks is also dog friendly and our dog got some lovely treats from the staff

New owners 2 months ago, so all photos and reviews don't make any sense anymore as they are for the old place. Food is different and nothing like the photos. If it's a new owner I believe reviews and photos should be wiped.
