Visited the Store on Friday 27 October in the afternoon.May I take this opportunity to say how impressed,I was with your Security Person, think her name was Angie.The Skelton store had obviously been targeted by a shop lifting gang , however, this lady dealt with the culprits in a very firm, assertive and professional manner.Nice to see the good guys,win for a change

Staff bone idle, Have to sit and wait upwards of 15 minutes for a click and collect parcel while they all stand around and talk. Reminds me of council workers

Good assortment of products, not the cheapest place to shop but cheap fuel makes up for that. Always easy to park and always find what I'm looking for. It's a sign of the times that shopping is more expensive but I still feel they could do a little better with some items compared to competitors. Hence 4 stars.

Staff used to be friendly, you rarely get a friendly staff member on customer service or self service nowReally unwelcoming store. My son listened to 2 staff members blatantly being passive aggressive about him wearing a medical mask which he has to do for his own medical needs, whilst stood right next to him. He was left feeling embarrassed whilst these 2 self service staff members had no shame in making a customer never want to come back again. Also another problem when you need assistance on self service they are too busy talking to each other,never even acknowledge you when having to attend to your scanner. Bad customer service.Previous comment correct...Good plants just left to die outside, never gritted when the weather's slippy outside,the place just looks scruffy and staff unwelcoming.

Not an inexpensive place to shop.You get a bad impression as soon as you approach the storefront with rows of garden plants all dead and dying from lack of a bit of care and water.Plus points generous parking area and good to get to.
Took a garden table set back Today the chairs were slightly damaged my husband had lost the receipt the assistant sue on customer service desk was absolutely brilliant we were given a exchange straight away

Ok supermarket. Poor frozen section. Most staff are friendly and helpful. However, several seem to think the customers are an inconvenience, merely trying to get to products.

We called to get fuel on our way to Staithes and thought we would nip to the toilet. There was a long queue of men. 5 of us waiting yo use 2 WC's which weren't the cleanest.Unbelievable for a shop of this size and the number of customers.You get more in a public house.Ridiculous for a large modern supermarket
