This was my go to place for parmos but tonight's has put me off for good. The whole thing went in the bin. The bottom was wet and when I cut into the chicken water oozed out all over the plate.

Absolute fraud of a establishment and the owner is even worse!! Honestly the mans vile and despicable!! Has a 'website' that is active takes your money but when you ring and question it you get told the website is out of use. 3 weeks have passed now no refund so i decided to go the shop today (opening hours 11-21:00) LIES!! Closed and still has my money. Horrible vile money grabbing vermin man!! Also bumped the prices up massively. Fraudster

Food taste fresh and was very delicious worth the price. Would definitely recommend for others to try especially the parmo’s they are the best.Kid-friendliness: Staff are very friendly with children

It's not worth ordering from here if you're on your dinner break and want the food ready to collect. They do not start making the food till you arrive. After the second time of not having the food ready, I won't be returning for below average quality.

I've had boro special twice from this place now. Both times have been wonderful, probably the best takeaway parmo I've had in a while for a reasonable price. Will definitely keep coming here if the standards stay consistent, thanks.

Once the best pork parmo in boro, now chicken only. Another once excellent parmo house bites the dust.
Not impressed in the slightest. I was given a soggy “battered” sausage, which I would hardly call battered. It was covered in oil to the point it was dripping onto my plate through the box. The chips had no taste, the burger was dry and the doner meat tasted like paper. And the Parmo was the parmo in the history of Middlesbrough. It’s a disgrace to even call it a parmo it was that bad. Safe to say I will not be ordering from here again.
