One of the best Curry places in the North of England.

Not sure they've done any improvements for years... Not too the decor or the menu. Very sad that they rely on their logo to get customers in. The ones in Bradford and Leeds center are MUCH nicer... As it's the service!

Awful serviceHad korma delivered which looked and tasted absolutely disgusting however the rest of the food was nice so called to request either a refund or new one and have never spoken to such rude people in my life!!! Avoid

The pilau rice looked brown and was flavourless. The Chicken Tikka Masala was brown and was flavourless. I ordered onion Bhaji's and got two onion rings, flavourless. The garlic naan might have seen a piece of garlic but was pretty much flavourless. Christmas Eve, and that was the most disappointing Indian Meal I've ever had. Awful, won't ever order from here again.

Sunday night visit. The place was already busy, it was 6pm. Very bright lighting. No atmosphere. Didn't realise there was a buffet on at the time so we thought we would give it a go. Waited came, took our order for drinks and poppadoms and garlic or plain naan. He brought the poppadoms and dips and drinks and said go up to the buffet when you are ready. I had a bite of my poppadoms and went to get the food from the buffet. When I got back the poppadom and dips had been taken away. Considering I paid extra you would have thought they would leave them or ask if it's ok to take. I complained, they replaced them with new. The starters on the buffet were not very good. The onion Bhajies were onion rings and not what I expected. Not very nice. Seekh kebabs were lovely. No lemon slices which I like to put on my salad either. No plain rice, just mushroom, so if you dont like mushrooms you are stuffed. No chapattis either. There was a couple of different curries which were really good. And you could get chips if that's your thing. The desserts were just frozen and defrosted small pieces of cake or jelly. I especially liked the profiteroles. However, I would really have liked to have seen more traditional desserts than this. I've been to a lot of Asian buffets and this one isn't the best. I've been to the one in Bradford and it's a lot nicer. For £18 it seems a lot of money for what you get. Altogether for a pint of lemonade, a white wine and soda (I asked for Lemonade), 2 poppadoms and 2 buffets it came to £53.

Very modern halal restaurant on a dual carriageway surprised me. They have a buffet, which I think was absolutely amazing. The starters and desserts were top but would recommend working on the mains. Overall, I would give 4/5.Vegetarian options: Has various vegetarian dishes.Parking: Big car park.

Visiting for the weekend, we trawled the local area for a takeaway with ok food hygiene, not easy it seems! Choosing Aagrah and struggling with their online order system I ordered a takeaway over the phone and had the order read back to us. An hour later a cheerful driver delivered our food in beautiful boxes… We opened them when he’d left and struggled to work out who’s was who’s food! We had ordered 1 lamb Bhuna 1 pilau rice 1 chicken tikka masala 3 chicken tikka kebab with salad and raita 2 boiled rice All of it luke warm which was a bit of a worry, we actually thought we’d got the wrong order We had a lamb dish, a brown chicken dish?and 3 boxes of chicken meat covered in greasy onions with 2 salads, one small pot of raita and 4 boxes of brown rice. It was £71 delivered. We would not recommend.

This review is for the food only. However, being an establishment that's offers Halal dining, I have also mentioned a few other things that people will find helpful. Food is average at best. All chicken dishes taste the same. In starters, the fish pakoras were hard and didn't taste right. The seekh kebabs were good though. And so we're the chicken tikka botis. Lamb chops were acceptable. Quite a few deserts on the menu were unavailable. Naan and roti were fresh. Chicken in chicken palak was under cooked. Credit to the staff who took it back and took it off the bill. We visited the establishment on our way back from a long journey and had another 120 mins of travel left. We were running out of time for Asar prayer so had to visit the place. A few things to note... No place to make wudhu as the toilets were not really clean. We made wudhu in the car park after using the toilets. No place to offer salah inside. Not even an office. There was music being played and the place serves alcohol. The staff did turn off the music at our request and seated us in a corner where we could offer salah next to the table on our own mussalah. They did not mind that at all. So full credit to them for this. However, it's worth noting that the place was almost empty with only a few other covers. We stayed about 2.5 hrs. Prayed Magrib and Isha there. Had it not been for the rain and the need to make wudhu/toilets on a country road, we would not have eaten there for reasons other than food.

One of our favourite Indian eateries. Cant beat the food and it has a nice friendly atmosphere with good table service. We keep coming back.

This is a good traditional curry restaurant. You're not going to find some funky fusion food here, or any surprises. This place sells good curry at reasonable prices. The staff are professional and the building is clean and tidy. Can't go wrong really!

It's one of those Indian restaurants that does not use the same curry base for every curry. We ordered a selection of curries to share and they were all flavoursome and delicious. I was particularly impressed with the fish curry. However, my fiancé was not as delighted with the chicken pasanda, which was not on the menu but made specifically for her. One tip, get a jug of mango lassi.

As soon as we had finished eating, they quickly cleared the table and brought the bill. It felt like we were being kicked out even though it was only 8pm and nobody waiting for tables

Amazing food, great staff but the service seemed a little rushed.
