Had lunch - we were the first customers in that lunchtime so our food arrived very quickly. I had pollo saltimbocca which was delicious with lovely crispy pancetta and asparagus. Good flavours in the accompanying purée and sauce. Only criticism was the mashed potato was a little lumpy (but perfectly seasoned and I like mash made with the skins). My sister had the carbonara which she said was good and both dishes were nicely presented. Staff were polite and the atmosphere picked up when some more lunch groups arrived. Impressed to see so many vegan options too.

We arrived as ‘walkins’ but were found a table, which I am very grateful for as the meal was excellent. The lamb dish was especially good.The wine was keenly priced, we plumped for a simple Pinot Grigio and were blown away, it was buttery smooth.The service - and there were just two people waiting on - was just right.Will definitely return when back in town.

We were so so surprised to find this quiet at the weekend - food was incredible. Burrata starter so fresh & salmon main to die for. Portion sizes are huge! My partner ended up taking some pizza home. We shared the tiramisu for desert. Staff were so friendly throughout.Wholeheartedly recommend.

Very slow service, beef cheeks main was ok potato mash had skins in would have been better without, sweet and sour carrots were absolutely not needed normal carrots and more veg would have been better it was a clash of flavours I never want to try again.Banoffee pie for pudding I no joke had one slice of banana the thin layer of toffee couldn’t taste it at all it was just a “choc moose” disappointing I wouldn’t recommend if I wasn’t with friends having a good time I would have complained.

A nice small restaurant nicely situated in the heart of the city with friendly staff. There were a few issues with the menu with items listed on the menu but missing from the plate which we had to ask for but failed to get. Overall it didn’t feel like the fine dining we wanted for a my partners birthday, no water offered. Probably better as a lunch stop rather than an evening venue. It was the little things that let the overall experience down.

Went here last night for my Christmas do, safe to say I won’t ever be attending here again. There was 13 of us who all prepaid for Xmas menu, got there & they say we can’t all pay our part of the bill, we have to have 1 person pay it & then we all split it after! Unheard of & the person waiting on us was so rude. Starter came out before we even had our first drinks which were ordered 20 mins prior. All the food was cold, bland and rushed. The banoffee dessert which they said had biscoff on, didn’t have any biscoff what so ever. It was truly appalling. After we got our first drink, nobody offered us anymore & the atmosphere was awkward. Some of the staff were pleasant but the main waiter/waitress was incredibly rude. Our full party said we would not go back & wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. £32.50 for the Xmas set menu aswell, rip off.
