“Great little coffee shop. Drove past it many times but never stopped there before. Lovely service, nice coffee and cakes. Food looked really good too, definitely will go back for a breakfast at some point.Kid-friendliness: We had two toddler with us, but they were well looked after and catered for too. Thanks!”

The balanced cinnamon sugar felt like a warm hug on a rainy day in York.I took a bite, brought it up Cliffords Tower, onto a train, into the fridge overnight, then into the oven the next day, and it was still fabulous!If you do heat it up, I recommend covering it so the cinnamon doesnt burn, else it develops a fennel like flavor.”

“This is the type of innovation I look for in a bakery- a blend of traditional and creativity. You got your staple croissants, pain au chocolate, ham n cheese, etc but then a cardamom bun?! Maple and bacon?! Mushroom and lentil?! Apple jam, cinnamon custard, and almonds! This place raised the bar for bakery goods everywhere! I can only hope to find a place like this in my home city.”
