We went at around 12pm and told we would have to pay a delivery charge because they don’t take collections after a certain time, we weren’t told how much delivery charge was nor did we get a receipt but the total was £48 for 2 pizzas, we were told we had to wait in the car and they would bring our pizza out, our order was taken by a delivery driver who left with our order and about 5 minutes later pulled back up to the car park and brought our food to us after driving away with it, when we asked why, we were told that they have to put it through as a delivery. very unsatisfied with the unprofessional work environment

I ordered from the app, I selected the veggie section and ordered a pizza from it and received a vegan pizza, why on earth are they putting vegan pizzas in the veggie section! It was awful, customer lost.

Disastrous. The poor girl left by herself on the till on a busy Friday with what seems minimal training and a steady stream of people and a rude direct shift manager offering no support whatsoever. Orders mixed up, completely wrong, refusing blue card holders and general chaos, I wished the next guys to me good luck after only just getting my right order. Unique experience, so glad its not my local.

It's a standard pizza place with free parking. What impressed me was the customer service received. I had a discount coupon which required me to give the order through their app. While giving the order I selected the wrong store by mistake which was on the other side of town. It was quite late as we decided to pick up the pizza after a movie. When I inquired about my order after waiting for 10 minutes they checked my order details on the app and that is when I realised my mistake. The lady on the till who I think was also the store manager was extremely helpful. She still baked me the pizza which I had ordered and did not charge anything extra. Being a Saturday night they were busy and yet they did not complain about my mistake. Btw the Tandoori hot pizza is fantastic. Thanks.

Ordered through the app and was told the order had been delivered when it hadn’t. Rang after an hour and they said it’d be 10-15 more minutes. Waited another half an hour and nothing so rang again to be told to wait another 10-15 mins and if it still hadn’t arrived to call and they’d sort it. I finally called again after waiting over 2 hours since I placed the order for the employee to get frustrated with me saying they’d already told me my order had been refunded - which they hadn’t. It might be a Saturday night but 2 hours of waiting with no food and grouchy customer service was not how I expected to be spending mine.

After 4 phones calls and over 3 hours, I was continuously told that the pizza was "on its way" - I only live 10 mins max away from the branch. Man I spoke to was not helpful and reluctant to do anything and clearly hadn't checked the system. Hoping to get a refund but from previous comments, that gonna be difficult. Will never order from them again

The staff here are incredibly efficient and friendly. Pizzas are exactly as you'd expect from Domino's - ie their usual high and consistent standard, but staff standout as going above and beyond.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and also Vegan well catered for, as well as your standard pizzas.

I waited over an hour for my order only to find out that its would be an other two hours because they were 'busy' I then phoned and they said they would give me a refund however it has been over a month and still no money returned. Food was greasy and poorly presented, not to add the woman who answered the phone was rude and obnoxious. Simply disgraceful.
